We were traveling across the country from Miami to LA towing a Uhual trailer when a tore blue and a leaf spring broke off. Uhaul sent us to this place for a replacement trailer. Couldn't have been a better experience. We were greeted with a stile and treated like family. We were in and out in a flash. Thanks for the great service. Great represetatives for Uhaul

We caught a screw on our way to Balmorhea and pulled off to get it fixed. We pulled in about 130 and were out by 145, and they charged $25 for the patch. Fast doesn't even describe them, they were GREASED LIGHTENING! Super friendly, service with a smile. I only which I had asked the technicians name, but you'd know him from his great smile and temperament.

If I could give no stars I would. We ordered a tire then waited all day for them to do a service call after they said it would be done early morning. Then called again after one and I was told that they barely told them and they were coming and never did. We also asked if it could be patched and they said there was no way and needed a tire. Thank goodness we caught on and didn’t give them our money instead took it to southern tire mart and they were able to patch it for us. Never will go here again!!!

Don't waste time with this guys, first they don't communicate amongst each other specially the lady in front desk that's very rude and gives you bad customer service maybe after this she can treat people better. And instead of giving you a professional point of view they only fix as is they don't go the extra mile. Payed for a tire knowing it needed alignment and the next day of tire delivery they said you need appointment for an alignment knowing a day prior they told me to buy the dam tire to get an alignment bad service guys and over charge you look else where no joke!!!

these are the guys you know who do it for cheaper, took a set of wheels and tires to be mounted, and they were upset about them being 14 plys and being difficult to mount.... like is this not a tire shop? on top of that, chewed up all 4 brand new wheels in 1 to 2 spots, all on spoke side, will be going to Forrest tire next time

Went in for a wheel alignment. Mechanic showed me my ball joints were loose. I told him I was on an 8 hour drive, to go ahead and change the ball joints out. He then showed me a Crack on the lower A arm. As if it was already there. I told him of course it has a Crack, you banged it up with this hammer. There is a tool for that and the hammer isn't it. After knowing that I knew what had happened, they went ahead and bought the lower and upper. Mechanic sent me on my way without a wheel alignment that I had already paid for, and with the upper A arm hand tight. Knowing I was headed on a long drive. No refund was given that day for the wheel alignment I originally went in for. 5 miles down the highway I pulled over to check his work because i hit a bump and it pulled to the right really hard. That's when I found the loose nuts. So if I saw the loose nuts with the tire on, I know the mechanic knew the upper a arm was loose without the tire on. I feel like the mechanic wanted something to happen by leaving the nuts loose.
That is one shady mechanic.
