The store can be falling apart but if the customer service is good I will still shop. Unfortunately this Dollar General location definitely lacks that. Girl with the blondish hair is always in a bad mood I don't know what her problem is but why keep a job you will provide miserable customer service at? You can't ask her where a product it's located in the store because she would automatically tell you she doesn't knows what you talking about ...even if you ask her in spanish and show her pictures. She also lacks manners a simple "Thank you" would be amazing to hear after the moody faces she makes.

Store is typically cluttered with merchandise waiting to be shelved. Some of it is also never shelved properly and just placed out in the box it was shipped in. Lady with blondish hair is not very nice. Never says thank you and always seems unhappy to be working there, even when you try to be nice. We tend to only stop here if we need to for something last minute.
Edit- this lady really has the worst customer service. She'll keep the items bagged on her side and not at least turn the wheel so you can get the items off.

Do not like this location it is messy nothing is set right ever it is hot and food has bn thawed and refrozen do not get frozen foods here there is another location as the same do not buy the frozen food or in cooler unless you know the cooler doesn’t go out or is broke..pure laziness in this town you have to hunt for great food stores and customer service it is poooooor here in pecos

Just stop by the store at 8:51 a.m. and the store wasn't even open it's supposed to be open at 8:00 a.m. so for some reason they don't have anybody at the store to run it

Very nice when it first open but now it’s not as organized and somewhat messy. Went by at 9:42 when they close at 10 and the door was already locked.

Need to get baby formula arrived at the store at 946 he told me if I would have got there at 9:44 I could shop some guy thinks he's ready to go I had to go to Walmart

The frozen meals that I bought looked like they had been thawed out and refrozen. The meal contents where pushing out of the sealed container but the outer box looked fine. When I came back to the store with the issue they would not do anything at all to help. I went back to the frozen food to take a closer look and several items looked the same way! Be cautious if you buy frozen foods from this store!

Idk what's going on in the world when 2 dogs can just bark viciously at a customer waiting in line and then the customer being barked at gets kicked out of the store for yelling at the dogs to get back... And to make it worse.. the customer is forced to leave the store at the Same time another employee sicks the dog after the customer... Yes The Dogs Were Inside The Store.... And Not One Employee Seemed To Be Calling Animal Control Or Attempting To Get The Dogs Out Of The Store.... And 2 Heavyset Women Were Cussing Out Customer As He Left ..I Don't Usually Make Complaints But This Was Totally Wrong How They Did Me ...i Am A Loyal Customer... ive Been Coming Here Since It Was Built... Not Mo More ...

The new Pecos Dollar General is ok but oddly organized. Hard to get my bearings and locate what I need after shopping at the older store. They may have been waiting for a delivery because many common items weren't available. Was in a hurry so no time to ask staff to check the inventory.
