“Went to Family Dollar to purchase a fan. There were not any on the shelves, so I asked if they had any fans and was informed they had box fans in the back while not what I was looking for. I was willing to accept it. But to my surprise, when the employee came back to the front, I was presented with a pedestal fan (which is what I was wanting) and the box fan. The employee could have simply brought me the box fan and sent me on my way, but she instead she went above what she was required to and gave me an option. Great customer service. Thank you again Hailey.”

“This is the DG I use when I am in Pecos. Today it was well stocked, reasonably organized and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They had two people working check out, which was good for the amount of customers.I noticed sneeze guards in place and store employees were observing normal precautions.”
