This small-town hardware store carries a wide range of products, from plumbing and electrical supplies to lumber and building materials. Customers appreciate the helpful and skilled staff, although some feel the checkout process could be more efficient. While the store is generally well-organized, there is room for improvement in maintaining certain sections, such as the nuts and bolts area. Despite some minor issues, Gibsons Hardware & Lumber is a reliable and recommended source for local residents' home improvement needs.
Great place, very nice and very helpful staff, was recently in Pecos working to get the New Grissom Chevrolet up and running. They had everything needed from plumbing supplies to tiny little screws. We went in more than a dozen time in just a few days. Great people and store.
