I came here to replace my tires, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The management is chaotic, and the staff seem careless and unmotivated. It’s hard to even find anyone when you need help — they just wander around, wasting time instead of working. I’ve always had a good impression of Love’s in general, but this particular Truck Care location completely changed that. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

I had a trailer tire blow out west of Pecos, TX that bent the flap hangar over the tandems like a pretzel. This flap hangar is 1/4 angle iron no way to bend it by hand or with a crow bar. Steve the technician fixed it fast and so well that you would never know it was bent at all. New recap tire, new flap and flap hangar repair total out the door 427.81. Super good job and great value. Thank 😊 you Steve!

I am a female truck driver who normally loves stopping at Love’s, as the service is usually amazing. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the complete opposite. The staff here were rude, unprofessional, and I left feeling discriminated against.
I went to order food from Chester’s, and since the young man helping me didn’t speak much English, he called over another employee named Angelica. From the moment she approached, she seemed annoyed to assist me. I remained polite and kept a smile on my face, but once she finished, she abruptly walked away. As she was leaving, I said loudly but kindly, ‘Thank you.’ She looked at me, turned her head, so I repeated it again. At that point, she responded rudely in front of other customers: ‘You’re welcome, you’re welcome, you’re welcome.’
I calmly replied, ‘There’s no need to be rude,’ and she shot back, ‘I’ll be whatever I want.’ When I told her I would be writing a review about my experience, she responded with, ‘So what!!’
What stood out most to me was that she was polite and friendly to everyone else—except me. As an African American woman, it left me feeling that her treatment toward me was racially motivated.
I have never been treated this poorly at a Love’s before, and I strongly feel that Angelica should not be in a customer service role. This was deeply disappointing, and I hope leadership takes action to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.

I would give negative stars but it wont let me. Loves in Pecos. Your cashier at front desk was really rude. He Didn't want to get the cigarettes i asked for. Kept repeating himself multiple times as I answered yes and having to keep repeating myself. Was mad cause he had to get out ladder to get carton down. My husband went in after me and just handed him money didn't count the money back. Manager came in and ask what the problem was and told the guy to count the change back. So he counts it back 1, 2,3,4 etc. For $200.00. Just wow.

The shower was dirty and covered in hair. Was not cleaned and the towels were dirty and smelled. Disgusting.

I recently purchased a Scosche 200W mobile charger from a different location and attempted to return it. Initially, the general manager informed me that a receipt was required. After I provided the receipt, I was then told the return period had expired, as it had been over 30 days since the purchase.
While I understand the importance of return policies, I feel that a 30-day window is quite limited. I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility in this situation and hope the company can reconsider its policy or at least offer support under warranty or customer satisfaction standards.
At the end of the day, customers spend a lot of money in-store with the expectation of support and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like there was none.

I've been a love's customer for about 7 years while being an over the road truck driver. I went in to get a meal at Chester's chicken , I ordered my food and proceeded to pay for my food and I asked for a beverage. The young man who charged me told me to get my drink in the gas station side, so I proceeded over there while I wasn't given a cup. He asked me if I wanted a receipt and I gladly denied it, I grabbed a cup from the gas station side and got my beverage from the fountain drinks and then proceeded back to the tables at Chester's. When I went back to the tables an African American lady yelled at me like if I was a criminal that I needed to pay for that drink. I told the employee that I had already payed for it and called the gentleman that gave me my food to clarify things since I denied the receipt. Then the employee continued to mention like a broken disc that I needed to pay for the drink, who then became a little confrontational, and for this reason I decided to no longer come here. Sucks to have incompetent employees working for you it gives a bad look and sinks your reputation, and you guys should clean up the restrooms as well. Have a blessed day.

I stop at the loves in pecos all the time and there showers are broke or no water in store no restrooms,,,,, I would like to know how there serving food and no water to wash their hands this place is disgusting this place needs new management ASAP,

They say they're RV parking friendly but they're really not. It's an extremely busy truck stop and the only place to park is between two semi trucks. I guess if you have a motorhome you could make it work but there wasn't room to access my 5th wheel.
