One of our employees had an awful experience in this store with the clerk who's name is Eva Nedrano . She was upset to have to remove her ear phones, to answer any questions therefore she was very rude and absolutely no help at all. When she was asked to provide information for the store manager she refused and made threats ! As an employer this would be unacceptable conduct. Either the management or owners do not care about customer service or perhaps have already made their fortune. We have several of our employees in the area and will advise them of other locations for the services they need and inform all others that we have contact with of our experience.
