I will promote inclusion, embrace diversity, and advocate for justice to advance health equity.Where in the oath does it say that a pharmacist will adhere to closing time while there is a line of patients waiting for prescriptions???

I already posted my bad experience and it seemed to have disappeared. This was 3 days ago, Friday after Thanksgiving. So I went back today to get my prescription After 5 days of them telling me it's not ready (came to pick up Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes)and she tells me it's been filled 3 times! Her name was Amber and she was very nice and accommodating

Very very bad service!! , I went with my mother-in-law to see if she could get her refill of her pills , they made us wait an hour for nothing! their is racism.. there is one lady that could never do her job right.. i do not recommended the pharmacy at all!!!!!

EDIT: I called the next morning and reordered the refill, and explained, again, that a transfer from another Walmart was needed. That night, the pharmacist called me personally to berate me after he saw this review. Needless to say, I called another Walmart to do the refill and the rating will stay the same.For clarification, I've had Walmart fill my prescriptions all over the country from the West Coast to the East Coast and have always had great experiences. This was a first and certainly will not keep me from using Walmart Pharmacies in the future.I see why this pharmacy has a 2 star rating. Deplorable behavior by the Pharmacist. I arrived before closing to pick up my prescription. They said no prescription was called in. I told them I called Tuesday, 2 days prior. As I'm talking to the gal, the pharmacist came over and started lowering the blind on the window at the counter. The gal told him we were conversing, he pointed to the bottom of the window and said, "You can talk here." Didn't matter that we both had to bend down to see each other. She then had me go to another window to talk to him. I again provided my name and birth date. He repeated the same info and insisted I did not call it in. I told him my cell phone does in fact show I spent 8 minutes on the phone on Tuesday calling it in and that I really needed it. He said, "We're closed, come back tomorrow." Seriously? We’ll see what happens when I come back. If the issue is addressed or isn’t addressed, I’ll edit it to include the outcome one way or another.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Spent my whole 15 minute break on hold, no answer to my question. Pharmacy rep was rude while putting me on hold.

They had me on hold for a while and didn't pick up the phone and they picked up and asked what's my name and I repeated my name and they put me back on hold and then they disconnected the call. So rude so so rude

I haven't had any problems until today my daughter is sick and crying and they didn't have her prescription on Friday so I'm here today to pick it up and standing in line with a crying baby and the lady is giving me the run around back and forth then I'm waiting to pay for it and their all looking at me like are you gonna shut her up. I can't stand this Walmart!!!!!

People on the phone are extremely rude, hanging up, have no idea about what they doing. If you have a choice between horrible painful death and visiting this pharmacy - pick the death and you won't regret.

They have had my prescription for 2 days and still have not filled it. There were 2 faxed in, but they are only showing one. The doctor said both were faced at the same time. I NEED my blood pressure meds. Very poor customer service.

Waited in a long line, finally got to the register and they say sorry come back at 2, goin on lunch. I work at Halliburton out here, had to wake up an hour early from my 4 hours of sleep a night to get to the pharmacy and still didn't get what I needed. I'd go to the other pharmacy in Pecos if you can.
