Promised me my car had no issues after I took it in for a check engine light, that was not true. Charged me 1200 and my car still isn't running good. What a waste :/

Having purchased at least 15 cars from dealers in our lifetimes, this was the WORST experience that we have ever had. The salesman, Alex, made promises that he didn’t keep; the general manager, Mugresh, has a quick temper, and broke promises as well, and now, three months after the sale we still have not received a full-size spare and rim that were part of the original negotiations for the truck. Instead, the dealer attempted a bait and switch with a used donut. We called dozens of times, including the number listed here in the reviews for the owner; however, we were unable to reach him and we talked instead to Damien in Florida, but he couldn’t do much to help us.
Buying a car is generally an exciting event. However, World Auto Chevrolet GMC turned it into a miserable experience.
I strongly suggest that you drive a few extra miles to Odessa/Midland where you have more vehicle selection, and more choices in reputable dealerships.

Loved the environment, everyone was very friendly, I went in not knowing if I would be driving away with a vehicle but my seller made it happen for me && I am so grateful to have went there to get a vehicle, I would definitely go back when the time is right && get myself another vehicle from them.

Worst place to get anything replaced or fixed. They always come up with some excuse to not handle their business. Upon buying my vehicle my windshield needed to be replaced, they sign a form stating they would! It’s been over two months now and nothing has been done! Don’t buy your vehicle here honestly it’s the worst!
