Yanira is the Cricket employee that helped my husband out and when I tell you she was awesome is cause she was. We live in Rio Grande City and prefer to drive all the way to Penitas just to get help with them cause there so professional at what they do. We left super satisfied. Thank you to Yanira she was amazing.

Just went there last week for a new phone. The staff was really nice and very helpful since i was at lost in what phone to get. Definitely will make this my Go to store for phones for now.

Went to add a line to my existing account. Was charged an accessory without asking if I wanted it or not. The salesperson Ms. Mia explained that it was included in a bundle. After reading other Cricket reviews this is a sales tactic called as bundling, they make you think it’s free. The bad thing is that they don’t explain to you what they’re charging and automatically just add the accessory and then try to explain after you paid, saying it was taxes, activation fees etc…

I went in to have my phone insurance removed and although the young woman was unable to help due to technical issues she was very kind and persistent in trying to help. Would return to this location.
