“Hello! Just wanted to leave a nice review for my friends here at Discount tire. Last Thursday I traveled from Houston to Mission for a family emergency. About an hour away from mission, I lost pressure in my back passenger wheel. When I arrived I drove to Discount Tire to have my tires inspected via warranty, during my inspection they found that my rim was cracked from the inside, this was the cause of the problem. The Team at Discount tire and I got together and came up with an adequate solution to get me safely back on the road and back home to Houston. Thank you guys for all the help!”

“Friday morning I had an emergency and I called them for help. They came through. I tend to be the type of person that worries and is very anxious, they showed solid customer service.No comments, no snarky remarks, (like other shops I’ve dealt with before) and they got me the help I needed. They understood my tight budget and circumstances (unlike shops who take advantage of people who aren’t car people).They replaced both tires with rims (not an exactly pretty match, but hey I’m on a budget and was pressed on time) before lunchtime, I was able to continue job hunting, and got home safely. “Great place! to do an oil change, and very affordable too, other businesses charge wayyy too much it's ridiculous the prices of how much they want too charge like $91 and above just for something that is done really quickly like in 10 or 15 min, its not even worth that price an oil change, that's why i came to this business, cause it is worth the price! and the time!”

To my surprise, Jay and his team didn't rush to sell me the tires. Instead, they focused on a serious safety issue with my Jeep. They informed me that my Jeep's track bar and ball joints were severely damaged and took the time to explain the life-threatening situation. They even offered payment plans. I feel fortunate to have gone to them instead of somewhere else that might have prioritized a quick sale. Today, my Jeep is in their capable hands, and they have earned a loyal customer.
