System down at 11pm and the worker doesn’t give a shit, won’t tell me when it’s coming back on. You can sell me gas and nothing else? You guys never ever pick up the beer I like and overcharge on everything, there’s no point coming here just go to the Murphys next to Walmart.

cashier would not let me refill my refillable cup. Said this cup was not for refills. Came all the way from the register to tell me to use the paper cup. I will make sure to not to return to this location. SMDH.

As many have mentioned. Horrible customer service. The male clerk is rude and argues with you when you are literally showing what is wrong. There is no respect for veterans either at this store.

Very bad customer service. I scan my reward and the cashier said I was good. I saw them took the receipt and threw it away. I then proceed to grab the stuff and the cashier told me I need to pay.

The absolute worst 7-eleven store in pflugerville, maybe even Austin. The women that works the counter literally brings her baby to work! She also seen me looking at her popping her pimples and scanning my items. I damn near yacked and told her “Never mind” and left the store. Weeks later I gave it another chance despite experiencing that grabbed a what looked like a fresh slice of pizza and a water. Drove home and ate the pizza after taking my last bite there is when I seen a hair sticking out, the following morning through out the following week I got sick and had gone to the doctors office to get checked, sure enough it was food poisoning. Shut this place down, do not purchase anything from this place -10 starts the employees are rude!

The cashier sneakily grabbed and rung up a snack that I did not place on the counter. She assumed I wouldn’t notice since I was purchasing so many things. Well, I did notice and asked her to take it off. She pretended she couldn’t understand English. The customer behind me had seen the whole thing and started rebuking her. Of course she pretended to be confused. After about 2 minutes of the back and forth-ing, I just handed her the cash, took the darn thing out the bag and left it right there on the counter. The woman in line behind me urged me to not relent, but I had someone waiting on me in the car and I didn’t want them to have to wait any longer. In case you ever see this lady behind me in line, thank you so much for trying to help. I wonder how many people they do this to. Wow…

There are signs of rats crawling on the shelves and getting into chip bags/other food, but the droppings are not cleaned up and the hole-eaten bags are left on the shelves. There are always gnats flying around/in the soda machines, and a lot of times when getting ice from the machine a dead gnat will be stuck in some ice cubes. They also display expired products - my husband went in to buy a small jug of chocolate milk (11/15), when he got home he realized it expired 9 days ago on 11/6. Floors are frequently dirty and sticky with black footprints all over.

This 7-Eleven is on a prime corner with little competition until QT opened down the street. But this 7-Eleven is filthy, smells horrible, and the owner understaffs so customers have to wait a long time for someone to come to the counter as there’s often only one employee trying to do everything. The gas pump hose has also come off while pumping gas more than once! Leaving me and my car standing in a shower of gas then waiting for the fire department to come out. It just really seems that the owner is pumping every penny of profit that he can out of this store without putting anything back into the business. I would not trust the sanitation of any of the soda fountain or coffee drinks. I’ve seen the overcooked, dried out food they keep in the warmers being handled by employees with filthy hands and the food sometimes sitting behind the counter for hours and flies getting on it, then they put it back under the heat lamp. Filthy.

Get gas here and wouldn't give me a 1/2 cup of ice for free. ..... your stuff is already overpriced and a handful of ice will break your bank?! I won't be back even though it's next door to my work. So sad..... guess I'll go to QT!!!

Do not go here. There pump was disconnected sprayed me in gas and tied up THE ONLY MONEY I HAD stranding me until I could get a hold of family to transfer me money to pay for gas AT A DIFFERENT STATION
Then acted like I was trying to scam them out of the money. They literally stole from me

This place is a rip off. Prices are rarely what they're advertised as. I've been here twice and both times I've had to argue with the cashier about the price I was being charged. Is there a state agency i can contact to report this?
