Hands down the rudest cashier. On Wednesday nov 15th. Came in to cash a ticket and put gas. She was to just eating turns to look while I’m standing there and is like what I can’t read your mind. Older lady with a neck tattoo. Her manager was at the next register trying to do paperwork completely ignoring it.She cashed it and I told her 10 in gas and 5 in cash. She was like well look you can go to work a o bell. She didn’t give me a receipt, and she didn’t offer to input the numbers for my 711 rewards. If your gonna me a jerk then at least do your job. I will stick to QT where it’s less trashy

Worst customer service EVER Let this station go under. Take your business elsewhere. A handicap Mom of two under 6 received NO assistance. They demanded she come inside. Avoid this place.

Staff is overly rude- they overcharge/ overring their customers. Not only do they sell old rotten pizzas from the prior day- they are also known to sell alcohol/tobacco to under age people from the neighborhood. Time for TABC/ health care dept to shut em down.

Always friendly staff, quick service, well stocked and always clean. Even with three other stations (and one being built across the street from 7-Eleven) in relatively the same distance to my home, I make the effort to visit this store because of consistent quality.

Employees do not wear masks correctly. They wear them under their chin and when asked to please put their mask on roll their eyes at customers and back talk. If you are covid conscious I do NOT recommend this gas station. They do not practice safety nor are they polite to customers.

January of 2020 I stopped at this location to grab a few items and withdraw some cash from the ATM. The "owner" Jose and the cashier was behind the counter as I walked in. I picked up a pack of gum then a drink from the coolers located in the rear of the store. From there I walked back to the front and withdrew $200 from ATM. After that I walked up to the polite cashier and paid for my 2 items. I then exited the store and got into my car parked in front of the entrance door. As im placing my items I purchased and starting my car the "owner " Jose runs out of the door looking straight at me an pointing at his pockets and mouthing "your pocket ". Myself thinking I dropped my wallet or something out of my pocket. Not sure I rolled my window down as he approached my driver's side. He asks, what did you put in my pocket? I pat my pockets and pull out the cash from the ATM I just withdrawn and said I just have the drink and pack of gum in my cup holder. He then says, Yes! The gum you stole that from the store! I explained to him I just paid for it and gave him the exact total amount for my purchase. He then says I seen you on camera put something in your pocket when you went down the candy isle. I showed him I had cash and credit cards and had no need to steal candy. Not to mention I was driving a brand new Lincoln I purchased for myself Christmas Eve.Just as quickly as it started he realizes I didn't steal anything and says ok then walks back into the store. I later returned to get a Corporate number for the store and asked José why did he think I was going to steal from the store. He told me I looked suspicious when I walked in so he went to watch the cameras. I then asked what made me look suspicious to him? He then says he can look at people and tell they are going to steal and they always go down the candy isle first. Then says he just caught someone stealing 10 min before I walked in. As I asked more questions he said maybe it's all just a mistake. So I asked again did you or did you not see me on camera stealing from the store??? He never admitted he was in the wrong for profiling me and falsely accusing me for stealing. I live in this neighborhood near the store and will gladly drive to the next gas station to make any future purchases.
