Storing and accessing my things here was very painless and Mike was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The price never increased, unlike other storage facilities, which I greatly appreciated. Closing my account was swift and effortless and Mike even refunded my last payment that automatically withdrew from my account after I cancelled without me asking him to. If you want to give your business to good people, I’d highly recommend A-1 Pflugerville Storage.

The owner is a sweetheart I’ll definitely be renting here again if ever needed, he literally went out of his way for me above and beyond, and it’s just me, so he even checked on me to make sure I was OK while moving, literally such a sweetheart thank you!

The owner is a fantastic guy! One evening, while parked in front of my unit, my car wouldn't start. He happened by, diagnosed my problem, and gave me a ride to the auto parts store and back. He even got me a discount! Oh yeah, the storage is very good at a good price. I definitely recommend this business!

This storage facility is exactly what I was looking for. The guy that manages the place is great. The unit I’ve had was clean and I haven’t had any issues at all with bugs or mice. The facility is well maintained and the security gate always works. I haven’t had any roof leaks or weird smells from neighboring units. Every time I’ve called the office the phone was answered regardless of what time of day I called. Being that I’m in and out of my unit fairly often, it’s really convenient that they allow access to the facility so late. Hands down, this is the best place I’ve used for storage. Thanks.
