Was informed my new card would be expedited to me, to then be informed they never processed the payment or the card. Info was "lost in the system" since my email was sent on a Friday! Now I'm waiting over a week to get a new debit card. Completely unacceptable. Called the 800 number but I have to leave a review somewhere.From now on I will never trust A+ as they left me stranded when I needed them the most

Went to this Branch 2MAY2023 at 3:45pm with my Girlfriend and was told to wait outside because name wasn't on the account and let her in the office to get questioned even though she doesn't understand or know English.

Went to branch around 3:30 pm to open a new bussines account, its a walk in but bank was complete quite i am the only one as a costumer in there there was two people of staff in the bank, but got tolded they are unable to open my account today as on monday they can help me on wednesday. Its amazing. Anyway thx for there help

I booked an appointment online for notary services. I presented my passport as a document for identification, the notary stated that she didn't feel comfortable verifying that a U.S. passport as a document of identification. I asked her if a Texas driver's license- she stated again that she didn't feel comfortable verifying that either. This was an overall terrible experience, I can't in good conscience recommend this branch for any specialized services.

I wrote a pretty scathing review last week of the Aplus Federal Credit Union that I bank with. Since then, and I don't think as a result of, they really stepped up to the plate and went out of their way to make everything right. The staff, including the vice president of the bank made sure that they came up with a viable alternative and solution to my problem of being able to get my money where it needed to be. This was definitely excellent customer service in action. I have never seen better. I am filled with gratitude that they were finally able to help me.

Walked in and was greeted by an employee. She looked startled by my presence, another person came to assist her with communicating. Was told to go to the drive thru to be serviced when the lobby was clearly open. Person to person is always best, super kind people, poor policy!

I absolutely hate this bank. Every time I go I have to wait over 30 minutes to get serviced for something simple such as depositing money. I will be canceling my account soon, well if I can ever make it through the line.

I got a call from one of their numbers the lady was very nice at first and then when I call my bank to get everything figured out show accuse me of being on the phone with somebody else after I said no that was my TV hung up in my face very rudely was very very disrespectful I was on The phone waiting for a very long time for somebody to talk to me and I had to call back and hung up and call back and hung up just for somebody to finally get to me they said I owe $53 and I don’t understand how I even owe that money I haven’t had a job in so long and I haven’t put no money on that card so I’m confuse how I owe that much money I would never bank here again

We have been members of A+FCU for almost 25 years. We frequent the location in Pflugerville, TX. They have always treated us with courtesy and respect, as a person and not a number. We have had several loans, CDs, a business account, savings and investment accounts. We will continue to call A+ Federal Credit Union our home financial institution and recommend them.

Showed up no where online does it say you have to set up an appointment but yet you can't even contact the actual location. So glad I don't bank here . Only came to set up an account for my nephew
