Long time standing customer, for months the elevator was out and when trying to reach the manager she only returned the phone call once to say that she was real busy and never heard from her again after several attempts and staff 'claiming' they reached out to her. As a climate-controlled facility, they do not go based on whether it feels warm or cold inside more so on preset calculations. However, Alan was gracious enough to adjust the temperature whenever I had to spend long time working inside the unit.
Charlotte tries to be helpful but does not adjust the temperature like Alan did. In these semi cooler temperature the gauge will not kick on leaving the halls a bit stuffy and wondering why the extra cost for climate control. So you are basically standing there in stale temperature. I also got dislodge from one unit by accident and was supposed to hear from them the following morning and I haven't received a response to my calls. I paid days ago for my unit yet I'm still getting emails saying that I owe.

Could not have been happier with the service that Alan provided. We got the unit we wanted, and when we called to ask questions he promptly got back to us. A rarity these days. Property is very clean and organized. Thank you Alan for all your assistance.

I’ve been at this storage unit for many years, decided to downsize because I don’t need so many decorations anymore now that my granddaughter is getting older. Met with Alan in the office, gave him my request to downsize, within a couple of weeks, he supplied me with a unit that was satisfactory, on the floor close to my previous unit. The transition was seamless. Alan was polite, and very accommodating. Thanks Alan! You ROCK!!!
