I have had an amazing experience with AAA Pflugerville, from needing my unit very fast to the cleanliness of the property I have been very pleased. I have been leasing a storage unit for over 1 1/2 years now with zero issues. I would definitely recommend and will probably be sizing up here when I need more storage space.

The husband and wife duo, owners of the company Mr Bob and Mrs Lisa were very welcoming, nice and professional. The storage is very clean and let’s not talk about the reasonable prices. Me and my fiancée came in from Arizona working to start working at the Samsung site and needed to store a lot of the things we accumulated in Arizona. This place was very for us and the customer service was impeccable…You will not be disappointed!!Highly Recommended

Dishonest business,I emailed a copy of my personal insurance so they can waive the one they offer for $12 monthly, 3-4 months later still getting billed for it. I go in person to fix this problem and they can’t refund past months. Turns out email they provided for me to forward my insurance they can’t access. I moved out from aaa and went with Life Storage down the street which is cheaper and climate controlled for $80 monthly instead of $109. Or $61 non climate controlled.

There are 4 things that have impressed me with AAA Storage in Pflugerville, TX. Their pricing on the units is affordable, the location is ideal because they are only 2 miles from where we live, and more importantly they have a security gate plus 24/7 camera surveillance. The customer service is really excellent! I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of storage.

12 months of great storage for everything we own while over house was being built. Bob and Lisa are the best ! They are quick to respond and were even quicker to contact us when we forgot to lock one of our 3 storage rooms! I’ve looked at several storage places before I went to AAA and AAA was the only one that really cared about what I needed. & give me the help I needed for my things they made me feel at home. I highly recommend them to anybody that needs help like I did at that time.
