Called asking for a certain oil and the guy says I’ve never heard of it and hangs up then I call back and get a different person and he finds the exact oil I wanted

THEY DON'T EVEN GET A STAR. Actually they get a -5. They racially profiled me when I walked into the store. The three employees were in a conversation when I came in the store. Didn't ask me if I needed help or say HELLO. I asked where the car batteries were. ( ON THE WALL ) OK so nobody is going to help me. I was the only customer in the store. They continued with their conversation. They didn't want to do business with me because I was black. That's not cool. Customer service is what they signed up for. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Went to this advanced auto parts around 3:30 pm. I went to get my core charge back and there was the man by the name of John he was so rude he was not returning the core charge he said I was wrong and that’s what the computer said he was yelling at me but I kept calm. He kept telling me come back tomorrow I said no he had to call an employee named Veronica who had checked me out earlier when I bought the parts. She finally got it straight and he then returned my money back correctly but was so angry and never apologized for being very rude and wrong. I have no idea what was wrong with John why is he so rude.

I came in to purchase a battery for my 2020 Nissan Altima. John was MOST HELPFUL!!! He got the battery and quickly changed it out!! If I ever need anything again, I will return and seek John!!! Thank you John!!!

Radcliffe was excellent at helping me with my battery issues! He helped me determine that my car needed a new battery and installed a new one for me right away.I was very bummed this morning when I found that my battery was dead, but Radcliffe made the process so smooth and easy that it made up for all that disappointment!The batteries were a bit expensive, but with inflation, what isn't expensive these days ? I definitely recommend this Advance Auto Parts to anyone who needs car support!

Went into this store this morning, and there were 3 employees. 2 were in the back having a conversation about something. The one man helping someone In the front Who had long hair didn't acknowledge me at all For 15 minutes so I left.
