If I could put 0 I would! Went to this store to do a trade in and worked with Mario V. Went through the entire process and was about to finalize and sign. WE saw an error and asked for them to correct it. Due to the having the employee not paying attention he processed the wrong phone. He then accused us of it being our fault even though we never mentioned the phone he processed for trade in. We cancelled the transaction and were assured that everything was canceled out. Come to find out when we went to an actual corporate location that Mario V and this specific AT&T store (non corporate) FALSIFIED a return trade in and sent in an empty box which then came up as a missing phone. The transaction should have been canceled with this location and never was. As well as the customer service was horrible. Make sure if you have to go to this location to repeat yourself numerous times and make sure they aren't falsifying documents and returns under your name.

I received excellent customer service this morning when I need assistance with my Tablet. Several employees were there and Gary happen to be the one who helped me. All seem to be knowledgeable with the different products available.

Unfortunately, the workers there seemed unable to address simple problems or provide clear explanations for certain issues. Instead, they consistently directed me to call the support line. It left me questioning the purpose of having local branches if they are unable to resolve basic concerns. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Don’t do a trade in here! I was not given the proper information and now being charged for the full phone amount. Would have never gotten the new IPhone if I had to pay full price. They did nothing to help me except quote the return policy. Very poor customer service they don’t deserve a one star.

I feel thankful and guilty. I dropped my phone just right and my screen went dark. The customer service rep who helped me understands the assignment and homework of customer service! I don't remember his name, but he saved my day. Because of his great customer service, I decided to upgrade my phone and get my broken phone fixed. I hope he trains others!
