This is for Gonzalo, THANK YOU! I had to rush there this morning with a coolant issue. He was quick to help me get the right coolant for my jeep. As well, he went over and beyond to show me where the reserve is to pour the coolant into.....

I highly recommend this Autozone for your automotive needs. They were very kind and helpful. I live almost 2 hours away and was trying to help my elderly hearing impaired brother who had a dead battery. He lives 15 miles in the country from this Autozone. I spoke with Chase and he was very helpful with the sale of a new battery for my brothers’ truck. I love when a company cares about their customers and their needs. Thank you!

The worst customer service ever, the sale rep. Nick don’t know how to treat the customers it has a bad attitude. My wife went there asking for help cause her battery went out and Nick sold a new battery and because we didn’t give core battery he don’t wanted to installed. He left my wife with her car broken (off) and giving no option to help her when she needed to go and pick our daughter from school. That’s completely unacceptable. We’ll never go back to these store.👎
