I stopped by this AutoZone because someone told me my back light was out. I didn't really know what that meant but thanks to joaquin, he checked my light and helped me replace it. Thank you so much walking you're the best!

I appreciate that this location stays open late, but I have to say that the staff at other locations seem to have a better grasp of the products and services. I found the manager unfriendly, which was disappointing, especially at 9:30 PM, when I expected a more welcoming attitude after working under a car for 10+ hours. He didn't look like he'd touched an actual wrench in years.
Moreover, stating that Autozone no longer carries the shocks on his computer is simply short-sighted. It felt like he was looking for an excuse to avoid honoring a lifetime warranty, or perhaps he lacked the necessary knowledge to provide proper assistance.

My headlight went out so I stopped at this location to pick up the light. William was extremely helpful. He allowed me to record him replacing it and he talked through the steps. Sometimes Iâm met with condescension in auto spaces but William was respectful and more than willing to show me so that I could do it next time!

There were five people working there. One of them was busy, and the others were doing nothing. I asked for transmission oil, and he sent me to the oil suction section, but I couldnât find what I needed. I was waiting for some assistance, but no one came. The customer service was discriminatory, and they don't take their job seriously.
