Worst customer service, my card was stuck inside the machine. They did ask me sorry even. I asked put some out of order service notice, they don't want. Actually they don't mind ,howmany customer going to be struggle with it. Really Worst thinking staff. If They don't take care of customer, Really the staff need to customer. Worst bank to deal with in Pflugerville. They only have one teller working all the time . They do not care about their customers and their convenience. Their drive thru is permanently closed . The supervisor ( used to be a teller) would not help other teller with the big line . He was just sitting in a chair doing nothing. He is not concerned about customers being mad and upset in line. Please do not open you business account if you are looking for your convenient.

Uneducated about their own services, very dismissive, and poor Customer Service from tellers and Manager. Cannot pickup their phone to answer questions. If you want help, call Customer Service before going there directly.

Refused to help file fraud. Told me to call instead even though I had said I prefer to do it in person since it was a complicated situation. Refused to help me.

Calling this bank pathetic is giving it more credit than due. My dentist mistakenly had my insurance reimbursement check made out to him instead of me. He endorsed the check over to me and this bank refused to accept it. The dentist used a blank endorsement - a perfectly legal way to endorse a check. The bank insisted the check had to be made out to either me or my wife. Obviously, the "only" teller hasn't been trained in common banking practices. If the bank isn't capable of processing a simple, common banking transaction, what good are they? I won't start on the horrible customer service at this location. I second all the one-star ratings on Yelp dealing with this aspect of this branch.

These banking hours of 9-4pm are not flexible at all. And it is very unfortunate to walk in 3:55pm and them to tell you we are closed.

Zero stars would be a better representation of customer service at this Bank!!! Made an appointment after 5 days of trying to get an answer to a simple transfer question online, #800 and local phone #..... Limited hrs 9-4, no drive thru tellers, no call backs, local line hangs up without notice. Check in for appt only to be told not a banker service get in line.... 9 people in line... 1 teller.... Bank Manager sitting at desk can't answer why no drive thru, why only 1 teller on Monday morning, why appt was confirmed even tho I stated in booking it was for cashiers check, can't answer why they no longer deal with checks.... she can't help because she is not a "teller" bet they are not getting paid what she is.... Multiple customers arrived while waiting, she repeatedly stated we don't do that at this location, that's not something we handle, you don't need your appt for that get in line.... numerous customer's left!!! We will be removing ALL of our family accounts after more than 20 years with BofA So sad that there is literally no customer service any more....

I always come here and the guy bank teller is always with a unfriendly face and practically rolling his eyes . Customer service could be a whole lot better .

Had to wire the money for closing on my house. Not something that I wanted to leave to chance so I went in instead of doing it in my own. Per sure you have an appointment! The banker was efficient personal and competent They took care of it all and everything went perfectly!! Voila... I own a house.

Have been with BOFA since the 1970's. However it is increasingly more difficult to do business with them and their new policies and way of doing business. They have become political and moved away from the friendly customer orientated bank I knew. It seems it is all about numbers and making money not servicing the customer

By far the worst, THE WORST BOFA there is! My Is was stolen and was given a paper ID from the DMV until it comes in. Went to cash my checks and the manager told me no. She even said she wasn't going to argue with me, when I was asking her if I can send my pin over since it has been done before (through a piece of paper) I have even given my SC # to them on a paper as well with zero issues until now. Whoever the new manager is made you guys lose me as a customer. I'm taking my business account which has been there for 30 years and moving it to another bank. Train your managers to be professional.

This location is CLOSED for no reason stated!! It's the only branch in the area and at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday... it's closed.
