“Little Hotel of Horrors”-“The Hotel with the Missing Manager”-“The Hotel where the Circus Stays”: On Friday night, we listened to the tumblers-in-action in the room directly above us. On Saturday afternoon well before sunset, we set our cell phone on video/record and focused on each of “several” room numbers on Floor 2 while the video picked up the chorus of numerous dogs barking . There were - “big dogs” & “little dogs” & “many dogs”. When we took our (entire) video to the polite/friendly young man at the front desk (the ticket taker), the video was so “absurd” so “ridiculous” that it actually became “humorous”. The circus had brought their dogs-all of them. The Ticket Taker reports that there are no other available rooms for us. This was sort-of-odd as the parking lot was empty but probably most of the guests arrived maybe on the circus bus?? I hope we get our money back. If not, I plan to make our video into a block buster motion picture. Gosh, I wish Robbin Williams was still with us. (sample small version video attached hereto)

Some of the reviews are very petty. If you want a 5 star experience she’ll out the 5 star price.
Room was clean, A/C cold, pool was open, breakfast was better than what I’ve paid for at pricier hotels. Service was great, very kind, the young gentleman on the cleaning staff that was off duty, helped me out getting fresh towels, thank you!
Only complaints are, Spectrum cable, definitely sucks and difficult to find correct channels. Bed is firm (but it is my preference). A little light does come from under the door but not worth crying about like some of the reviews. People do let their doors slam shut, and can be loud. Walls and ceiling seemed to be fine holding back any noise, maybe just because I had good neighbors.
In all, GREAT HOTEL for the price! I definitely will stay again.

Had to spend the night for work. Rates a little high but it was Memorial day weekend. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good too. Pool yucky and dispensers in shower were clogged

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Christian and his staff at Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn for their amazing hospitality during our wedding planning. Christian went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organized, and his support made the process stress free. We are truly grateful for the kindness and care shown by the entire team, which made our day unforgettable. Thank you for making our wedding such a memorable experience!

We were traveling for a highschool state band competition and stayed with a bus load of kids. The hotel was the best value near the venue, so I wasn't expecting much, but it was very clean, quiet and had great breakfast and a nice lounge area. The staff was awesome. I have not encountered such friendly and helpful staff in a while, especially when you see a large group of teenagers headed your way. I'm really impressed! The bathroom was large with great water pressure and toiletries. The bed seemed hard for me but I actually slept great. There was a wedding dinner going on when we arrived and I was worried it would get noisy but it never did. Great stay!

Check the reviews – this place is getting really good reviews while it’s got some flaws. Decent overall - but details matter and y'all need to correct some stuff that can be corrected. Let’s start with the good:
Got to check in and hour early
Hotel looks nice
Rooms look nice
Staff was always friendly
Breakfast is decent – credit to the hard working ladies in there keeping it stocked and nice
Workout room decent
Refer + microwave in room
AC blows cold AND you can have the fan blowing all night to drown out noises
Gap at bottom of room door acts as a nightlight for late night bathroom trips
Location – was where we needed to be
Shower head by Delta great
In shower dispensers worked and smelled good
What wasn’t so good?
Beds are firm – like many others have complained about and really one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve encountered on the road (King – pillow top)
Thin walls – yes, I heard someone in the hall walking by talking and it was so loud I got up thinking my door was open – it wasn’t!
Other room doors slam for some reason – try holding it as you close it! Ours never slammed ! Annoying!
Some cleaning issues – details matter (see pictures)
Some repair issues – good grief – just retile the entire floor in 322’s bathroom (see pictures)
Gap at bottom of room door – probably lets noisy guests noises into your room
TV menu system SUCKS – Spectrum cable is terrible for navigating or it’s the TV
Location – kind of away from DT Austin, which was fine for our needs
Pool was closed - though too cold during our stay to use except two days
One plug non-GFI at sink
Hand soap dispenser at sink didn't work
See pictures
Hotel is small, 3 floors w/ maybe 30 rooms a floor. Ask for a top floor so you aren’t hearing ppl walking around above you - I'll bet you will if you aren't on the top floor. Hotel was booked solid our stay.
Stayed 3/29-4/6 first / last name start with W.

Check in was friendly. Rooms are super nice to the eye. However, walls are extremely thin so got to listen to loud snores all night and the beds are the HARDEST hotel beds I’ve ever experienced. 0/10 for comfort.

I'm not sure how this hotel gets really good reviews.
I called a day before check in and was told we could check in an hour early the day of check in and would be assigned a room on the third floor so we would have no one above us. When we checked in there were no rooms available and they put us on the second floor. Not sure why the gentleman at the front desk would offer me early check in when he said they were sold out the night before.
We had a lot of issues there. There was no hand soap, shampoo dispenser broke, conditioner was stuck in the dispenser. Bed was rock hard, and we found hair and some black stuff in our beds. We did not notice until the next morning about the stuff in our beds. The room is so dark. They have grey walls and dim lighting. They have hardwood floors and high ceilings, and you can hear everything. There were doors slamming in the hallway. Noise above us walking and stomping late at night and in the morning. You can hear people talking through the vent in the bathroom. We put a towel under the door and had a sound machine and still hear everything. The ice machine was out of ice on our floor.
I was there for two nights, and we were busy the whole time during the stay. We should have notified the hotel right away due to the noise and dirty beds, but we did not have time and was too tired. We also did not have time to switch rooms because we had a lot of stuff and did not want housekeeping in our room. I did complain about the issues at check out. I asked for my points back that I redeemed for, and they only compensated me some points for the front desk issue. They did not compensate for the room being dirty, having no soap or conditioner, or the noise because I didn't complain during my stay.
The manager did offer me a discount to other hotels in the Texas area that they manage (they don’t manage very many hotels, so not very helpful). Why would I want to stay at one of their properties if they do not want to discount me for my current stay? Also, I don't even live in Texas and won't be back anytime soon.

No cameras on sides or back of building- vehicle was broken into and hotel could be of no help.
Stayed at this hotel while in town for an event. Stay was okay until I woke up the morning of checkout and went downstairs to find my vehicle with the back window shattered. We parked our vehicle right to the left of the building on the side- but near the front. There were no cameras at all on the side of the building.
Overall the stay was okay I was just disappointed with the security of the building. I know there’s always the risk of burglary but wasn’t expecting the building to lack cameras in every area except the very front. When I told the front desk it seemed like this wasn’t a surprising occurrence as she quickly informed me that “unfortunately there are no cameras on the sides of the building”. Unless you’re able to park in the front of the hotel you’re at risk of vandalism and burglary as thief’s in the area can easily spot the opportunity.

If you're seeking a quiet night sleep. This is not the location. Doors slam constantly because there's no tension or resistance on the doors. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff was friendly. Cable provider sucked. Comparable to antenna Tv. It made it hard to watch TV with a No Signal box scrolling around the screen. I hated it here. Vents were clogged with dust. I expect better from the BW Brand

Check in was good, pleasant and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not restaurant quality, but much better then other Hotels offer.
Room cleanliness was unacceptable, First room looked as if someone was there before us, bed as rumpled, pillows in disarray and what looked like blood on one of them, dirty towels piles on the bathroom counter. We were moved to another room which appeared to be cleaner, until the next morning when I found a previous guests breakfast in the top dresser drawer.
