Great wash. Vacuums work well. I like the free towel service. Long line but it moved fast.

It used to be good, lately the gates don't work, the wheel shine has been missing on my last 2 visits and today one of the brush wheels was broken so half my truck didn't get cleaned. It's been going down in maintenance lately.
I pay for unlimited but only go about 2x a month, so when things are broken or not working right when I visit it seems to be bad deal....

I paid for a car wash, but it left a massive, ugly streak down the right side of my vehicle. I pointed it out to an employee, and they couldn’t have cared less—zero effort to help. Another employee lazily suggested I run it through again, as if that would magically fix their shoddy equipment. Spoiler: it didn’t. The streak was still there, and they just brushed me off, ignoring my concerns like I was invisible. I persisted, but they flat-out refused to offer a refund or any real solution for the damage their car wash caused. This place is a disgrace—avoid it unless you want your car ruined and your time wasted. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about customers!

I chose the Ultimate car wash at $22. After the run through and starting to vacuum my car, I noticed large grey marks down the entire right side of the vehicle.
I notified the management and the only solution offered was to run through again and fill out a claim if the marks did not wash off. After second run the marks remained. Management disappeared and offered no other help. I then took windex and elbow grease to rub off the marks over 15 minutes. No help from the management and they would not refund the money for a poor and destructive watch. They also did not followup with me to file a claim.
Beware of poor dirty equipment, management indifference, and no claim or refund available. Avoid this car wash.

About a month or so ago they presented a one time deal for a month of car washing. I clarified with the attendant that it’d be for just the one month and I read the fine print on the card as well before signing, fully anticipating they’d try to charge again the following month; gave the benefit of the doubt as I hadn’t had issues with them up to that point. Fast forward to today and I did get charged again. When I called to explain what was presented to me and what’s now showing on my bank acct, the male on the phone gaslit me and laughed, basically threw his arms up and provided zero assistance & now I’m out the $40. Will be disputing with my bank obviously and will no longer be giving them business. Previously I would always share any of the deals they’d be offering to my neighbors, that ship has sailed. It’s very much bait and switch vibes with these people and judging by other reviews it’s not the first time they’ve done business in this way. Such a shame.
10/10 do not trust them after this experience.

Decent car wash. The vacuums were very powerful sadly.

DO NOT go to this car wash unless you want your vehicle damaged and ignored by management.
I visited this location on recently , and an employee broke my car’s side mirror — and then the company refused to take responsibility. Here’s exactly what happened:
Before entering the wash, both the cashier and the loader asked if my mirrors folded in. I clearly told them “my mirrors do not fold.” Despite this, the loader took it upon herself to forcefully push my mirror back, snapping it. I even heard the crack. She quickly held it down, said, “Oh, I don’t think your mirrors go back,” and proceeded to lecture me about using tape next time. At the time, I didn’t realize why she said that — but looking back, it’s clear she knew she had broken it and was trying to cover it up.
After I went through the wash, my mirror was hanging off the side of my car. I immediately reported it to management and asked them to check the footage — which would clearly show the employee forcing the mirror.
A week later, the manager denied my claim, saying “since you denied your mirror folding, it’s your responsibility.” This makes no sense, because I explicitly told them my mirrors don’t fold and their employee chose to push it anyway.
It’s obvious they:
• Didn’t review the video
• Didn’t read my incident report
• And refused to take accountability for their employee’s negligence.
To make things worse, my other mirror (which wasn’t touched) is completely fine. I’ve been to many car washes before and have never had this issue. Only at this one.
I’m sharing this to warn others: if they damage your car, don’t expect fairness or accountability. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will never return. Proceed with caution.

A poor wash for what you pay for (and I didn't purchase the basic wash)

I always take my cars here. I love the new-ish wipe down stations where you can use their spray and towels to wipe down your interior.

I would like to share an experience that I had today at the car wash; while waiting to be directed into the car wash the car in front of me held its brakes an missed its rollers on its back wheel, The last roller caught its front wheel an the attendant allowed it to go thru like that. I was then waved into the car wash and started without issue. At the end the car in front of me stopped moving before clearing the wash; likely due to the way it went in. However the wash kept pushing me thru seeing this I blew my horn at the car in front of me and it started moving about 5 or 6 inches before I hit it thankfully. When I went to tell the supervisor on duty about it (Nate) he did not want to here what I had to say an all he wanted to do was tell me that collisions in the wash are a civil matter. Even though the wash attendant in the beginning could have prevented the issue by holding up the car in the front to the next set of roller an resetting the cue. Training is needed I believe.
