I had my damaged car repaired at Caliber Collison in Pflugerville, TX. They completed the repairs in only 8 days: I was very pleased. The Service advisor Brock was quite professional, courteous, and attentive to my discussions with him. He is excellent! Christina at the front desk was quite helpful in making my appointments and with car dropoff and pickup process. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I'd strongly reccommend the Pflugerville location of Caliber Collison to anyone in need of collision repair.

The team at Caliber in Pflugerville is A+. I had a minor issue with a sun visor and made an appointment to get an estimate on the repair. They took care of the issue right there and then in the parking lot. We have used this location before anytime we needed a body shop service and they are outstanding. Tosha was absolutely amazing! She made the entire process so easy and smooth. I especially appreciated the connection I made with the girl assigned to my case—her professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I chose this Caliber Collision location because of their outstanding reviews, and here's one more. Tosha Harder handled my repair from beginning to end, and she was exceptional! She put my mind at ease with her superb knowledge of the process, and she worked well with my insurance company. Her communication throughout was exemplary. Once we had everything in place, she texted me twice a week with updates, and her response to email during this time was almost immediate. I had a lift gate replaced, and I am very pleased with the quality of the paint and the detail work, and the clean condition of my car at pickup. They also completed the work an entire week ahead of time. My satisfaction was important to Tosha and I really appreciated that. If you want superb customer service and excellent body work, choose this shop and ask for Tosha. You will be happy you did.
