Terrible service .... I came in to open checking account at 4:20pm but they said they can't do it in 40 min and asked me to come next day. I came here the next day and they said only one banker is available and he is booked for the day. I'll never visit this branch again.

Outside ATM has been broken for a year or so. Both of them! Every month I come back figuring a company like this would figure it out, still doesn’t dispense cash. All you see outside is a line of upset and confused people. Right outside it says “what are your goals?”. My goal is to simply pull out cash that I have in your bank at 8 AM before you open. Are you capable of that?

Service was friendly, but if you're going for opening an account or a wire transfer or anything that needs more than a teller. Expect a minimum of a 45 min wait even at off times.

I have to say that my experience seems to be very different from others. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming. Wait times have been minimal to none. They even have notary services available for account holders. Good things all around for me.

Terrible customer service. I had to bring my high school students in to upgrade their account from first checking to teen checking. They are required to be there in person and they get out of school at 4:15. I arrived at 4:35 and was told they could not help me and further told me to make an appointment. I requested an appointment, that will have to be on the weekend (Saturday) to accommodate the circumstances of the Bank closing at 5 but stopping work at 430. I was referred to my app to make the appointment instead of the appointment being made by the employee while I was in the Branch. My app didn’t work inside the branch so I left “unassisted.” I went out of my way to make it to the Branch on their terms. The website should tell you to make an appointment if the bank closes at 5 but you can’t get service after 430. I will not have an opportunity to bring my children in together to open the accounts in the near future. I am taking my business elsewhere after banking with Chase for years. I’d rather take a further drive than frequent a Bank in my neighborhood that is careless about helping me. If virtual is better, even if your expectations are slightly lowered, then I’ll go virtual all the way, with another bank.

Today all I needed was a printout. No such luck here. This branch has been the one Chase bank branch with the absolute worst customer service. I’ll continue to leave reviews until they treat customers better.

Wost customer service experience I have ever had at a Chase bank. After waiting forever to be seen about fraud on my account the lady then put me in an even longer teller line because she was too lazy to go get the cash herself.

Phil was just starting off in his new position, I had some issues with updating my information and help with credit cards, and Phil was very professional through it all, and overall a very positive experience!

I've been with Chase for nearly 2 decades but that doesn't mean much. My experiences overall have been good to excellent. We are new to Texas and Pflugerville's location is closet to me so I have been there 4 times. Each time everyone has been extremely nice. Yes, they tend to have long lines but on 2 of my visits the lines moved pretty swiftly as they are VERY efficient and professional. The other 2 visits there were no lines. That said, the one draw back is they never answer the phone. I have tried 3 days now, Friday, Saturday and today and no answer. I cashed a document but didn't receive the receipt. I was told the receipt was in the envelope but when I made it home I realized that it wasn't and I've been calling the branch every since. I believe the reason whey they are so efficient is because the are not answering the phones. Is this a plus or a negative? I guess it depends on where you are standing.

Really love how neatly they maintained the bank. Customer service is excellent here. Yes there will be lines if you go for banking services in the morning.Even drive through services are also there for banking needs especially cash withdrawals and cash deposits/check deposits etc.

They have a special needs person handling money and the printer. Maybe have him do any other position. It took 20 minutes and I waited for nothing as my transaction didn’t even happen. This entire lunch break was wasted. AVOID THIS BANK

Don’t even bother coming to this branch. Came on my lunch break to add my name to an account and was told it would be an hour wait. Annoying but it is what it is. Came back after the hour and was then told another 45 minutes. I literally left work when I wasn’t supposed to and now I’m driving to another chase. Do better.

Horrible experience, Elizabeth sorto was SUPER RUDE. She was at the front desk and I came a little late and i apologize and she said it was fine and she told me to sit down and wait so I sat there and after waiting waiting I went up again to ask about my scheduled appointment. She said that because the person that was supposed to help me is helping another customer who sat down after me from walk in, they can’t help me anymore. Super rude and unprofessional, when she realized that it’s her fault she said okay, “my bad then my bad” Like are you kidding me. Is this the kinda of customer service that this branch promotes. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
