We’ve been coming here for years, but recently and increasingly they end up having lines- no exaggeration- 20-30 people deep on a regular weeknight, not even on a busy evening. They never make more than two Pizza Hut pizzas, at a time- as if it’s a challenge to keep it basically stocked. There’s no reason to have to spend an hour in concession lines- and if this is a corporate issue, staff here are being set up to fail. One more time and I’m going to have to change my local theater of choice permanently.🤷♂️
Edit:after entering and seeing the line, I asked a staff member if I had time for the lines before the David Gilmour live show- they said I had twenty three minutes. I take 18 minutes to get through the smallest line, and I go in the theater- and I’ve missed the first three songs. How badly could you screw up Cinemark? 🤬

This was a pretty cool place but I wish there was like a security because there was some kids acting funny an screaming when a scary part was happening and i understand I a tiny scream but for them to yell like if you can’t watch a horror movie with all that screaming an yelling then don’t watch a horror movie at the movies but that’s pretty much it that was my fav movie an the last one they are making an those kids ruin my experience

We’ve been going here for a while, but lately it’s like they don’t run the A/C at all within the actual auditoriums. My girlfriend and I came out of here sweating like crazy. Find somewhere else if you enjoy being comfortable while watching your movies.

Update: Still my favorite!
Favorite theater ever!
Clean location and various sanitation setups throughout the facility. 2 seat spacing between seats, which allowed for social distancing (there were only 4 other people), and friendly staff as always. Made for a very enjoyable experience.

Nice and clean theater. No IMAX but XD is amazing too.

Clean place. Felt safe. Nice seating layout in the theaters. Great reclining- oversized chairs. Plenty of room & you don't feel squished in with a stranger next to you. My first time having my snacks delivered to my seat was a huge benefit. (Ordered tickets, selected seats & ordered snacks online. Easy.) Would very much recommend this theater.

Terrible experience, staff were rude and standoffish. The theater is old and dirty. They will not allow children to bring their water bottles even though j was purchasing concessions. The GM would not face customers and send his assistant to handle customer complaints. Reached out to corporate due to experience, it has been crickets.
