Horrible! People don’t know how to shut up during a movie and love throwing popcorn at people. They love hitting your chair as well.

Dirty screen, poorly laid out lighting.
I was watching a movie in Auditorium 8. The lower third of the screen is filthy. Any scenes that are bright make it look like there are these grey splotches evenly across nearly the full width of it.
They also have these absurdly bright orange lights lining the hallways. So at any dark scene the right side of the screen was lit up orange due to the light bleeding through the glass windows on the doors.
Clean your screens, cover the windows on the doors so I don't get this washed out glow.

Nice theater, they don't have the reclining seats, but their stadium seating was still comfortable.

Just watched F1, the movie was good but the sound/volume was extremely loud. I feel like I’m deaf now after leaving the theater. I don’t think that’s necessary, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the movie with all that!
Also ridiculous to watch so many commercials and trailers before the movie. If it says 12:05 for the movie , it should start at that time. We’re not interested in all the other commercials and trailers that were repeatedly being shown.

This place is good I go to it all the time but there is one very very rude worker there that was so disrespectful to my 14 year old daughter and her friend, I don’t know his name but this is the second time he has snapped back at them.

The seats in theater 8 smelled sour similar to mildew. Someone either used an old rag to clran them or they should be replaced. We tried spraying hand sanitizer on the seats to get rid of the stench, but that was no help. Seats M9-M15 need serious attention.

Absolutely horrible experience, the entire row behind us was kids that talked nonstop, kicked our seats, and one dragged his blanket across us several times, the parents were just as bad. The woman beside me kept talking to her husband throughout the entire 2+ hour movie. Phones were going off all over the place. We watched a man and his son climb over the railing to get back to their seats. At one point someone even cracked open a beer can. What kind of place is this??? On top of all of that, the seats offered zero leg room because the seats in front of you lean back into your row. We would never set foot back into this theater…
