$4/transfer fee send from comerica and $3 to receive, this is like robbery.I can see reasons why comerica is on decline, internet banking and free checkings/savings are the new normal. To all readers, comerica doesnt provide free banking, and the "cheapest" checking is $13/month if you doesn't meet the requirements, and they wont even waive them for you, unlike other banks, no courtesy, no leniency. Even the worse bank gave coutersy credit

The bank itself is good, but this location is atrocious, ATM commonly offline when they're closed. Staff being extremely unhelpful with my move here, the worst Comerica I have encountered yet. Do yourself a favor and go to the Austin location, it's near here and they provide far superior service.

Been using Comerica for over 10 years. Pflugerville location for at least 5-6. Had a nice small town feel going into lobby..then they moved locations. Now every time I go in I see someone new. Last 3 times people standing around talking instead of helping customers, and when finally did come help me the person seemed like I was wasting their time. And then today I decided to go in to get some pennies for my kids collection so we could go through them since not doing anything else due to Corona. Well, they are only accepting visits by appt. Their new drive thru no longer has the capability to do change. Upsetting part was someone came to the door and told me they were only seeing people appt only.understandable with Corona. And I said all I need is a few dollars in pennies. She said to wait a sec and when came back said they wouldn't be able to do that but wouldn't tell me why or didn't mention to try and make an appt for later. I mean I assume it's a bank and they have money, but either way was just upsetting trying to take care of something for my kid and my bank can't give me change. Plus have only had one good visit here since they changed locations and all the rest I always feel like I'm bothering people at the front desk. If anyone else has an issue just run across the street to chase, they were more than helpful.

Be honest with your small business customers. Be transparent. Answer -- How many PPP applications were processed? and How were those app processed since the ONLY direction shared on the web page was to apply online and the only news was that online process was not ready to use and then that all the funds were gone.

I can't imagine anyone saying the customer service at the Pflugerville branch is bad! My church has done business with this branch for years . Mary Ann, Sharon and their entire staff have always treated me with the utmost of respect and professionalism that I recently moved my personal accounts there. I highly recommend this bank! You'll be treated like family.

Why does every Comerica lobby look like a ghost town. Sad. They used to be a good bank.
