Had a great experience at the Costco optics section thanks to Norma. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made finding the right frames easy. Excellent service and attention to detail—highly recommend!

The casheers at this location are the rudest I've ever encountered. All my in person visits have been negative for different reasons, but they definitely don't enforce customer service. My shopping experience at Sams is way better. I avoid coming to Costco just because the employees. I rather do online shopping with home delivery, save you some time by coming to this location.

The self-checkout service has really been lacking recently. I had separated items and payed them separately and got annoyed looks and faces. I understand it’s frustrating to have to deal with a ton of people almost everyday but, I’ve been to other locations and have been treated much better even Sam’s is better compared to this location. The self service is fast which is good but, hard to keep up with if they double scanned an item it’s hard to tell so double check what they scan as they’re scanning.

Got treated like a thief twice instead of once as I was exiting the store (the store I pay to go into).
Edit: they still have salesmen shilling their wares to you and harassing you while you shop. At the store you pay to go in.
