Self checkout representative was unhappy and disgruntled and made my first experience here unpleasant. I'd rather go somewhere where people are happy and pleasant. Maybe a bad day but no excuse to treat customers that way.

This costco is my main shopping and grocery store .. i had to buy lots of items and had to checkout two carts with two different transactions but one of the associates named Erika was so rude and asking me for my two Costco membership card to do different transactions…. I never had these kinds of problems in any other Costco before… we paid for membership but still we had to have that kind of experience to us thats so disrespectful of costco associate and we as members get only two cards as in household of 5 members is that even possible to just have two cards paying $120 for membership and not be able to use it and on top of that we had to have that kind of humiliation and disrespect from associate of Costco ….. so disappointing so frustrating

Big wholesale store located in Pflugerville next to toll road 130. Wide parking space available to load the items from store. They also provide cart to load water bottles, household items. Self checkout ports available in the store for faster processing but still the store is crowded on the weekends. Gas station located next to the costco storeHappyShopping

I returned an external hard drive that had broken. I had it for 5 months, and it was easy to get my money back. I also filled my my vehicle with gas, which was about 20 cents a gallon cheaper than other places around. Costco is a great place to shop at!

I love Costco. Will this Costco sell some products as wine chocolate or the wine like the pics because they’re so nice for gift. Thank you.

Kirkland brand products are just a cut above any other store brand I have had. For instance, there regular EVOO tastes as good as Texas Olive Ranch's best. Their butcher prices can not be beaten. They only carry top brand products.

You need to re train your employees.Michael B, was the cashier in our lane that we decided to use. My wife gave me her membership and her debit card to use for payment of our routine items we normally buy at this Costco. She has been a longtime executive member for Costco and we have NEVER had a problem shopping at Costco because we are always together. But we have encountered Michael B. when he was ringing up our items, he asked me if I was paying for the items and I said yes. Keep in mind that I had my wife's debit card in hand, her membership and she was just standing about 6 inches away from me. He told me after I said yes, that I cannot pay because I am not an active member.Hold a minute, how would you know if I'm an active member or not? Just because we used my wife's costco membership you're going to automatically assume the negatives immediately? I told him that it's her debit and card, she's right next to me literally, we live in the same household and we are married... what difference does it make? We are literally buying almost $1,000 worth of items and he has the audacity to give us a dirty look just because I said that I'm paying (literally using my wife's card to pay on the machine) but I'm the one physically swiping it.Costco is still going to get the sale of the items because we are buying it!Costco, you either need to remedy your employees and re train them or you'll lose more customers to other places. This literally is ridiculous on top of the prices increased exponentially... we might as well switch to Sam's club and elsewhere.

The women who opened the optical department the morning of 10/10/23 needs more training. I was the first customer in to have a screw put back in my glasses. The lady told me it would be a few minutes to walk around and come back. I came back 15 min later, and she was helping someone else. That’s fine. Except she continued taking calls and helping others. I know she saw me waiting, I finally grabbed my glasses of the desk and left.

Not sure if the man making the chicken wings no longer works there, but the wings ARE NOT the same and it’s so disappointing. They’re still “good”, but I definitely won’t go back and get more. Whoever that man was cooking those y’all should have learned from him.

Costco is the best place to shop and they have the best customer service, anything you buy if you don't like it you can return even if you don't have the receipt they'll give you store credit and you can buy anything else and if you have the receipt they'll refund the money back to you same price and ways you paid and they returned items even if you have it for more 3 months except the electronics and electrical with 3 months.... Costco is the best place in USA to shop from and it's deserve it to be the best.Highly recommend it.

I'm always satisfied when I am trying out a new product. Fast efficient check out service. Friendly workers and greeters. Their hot dogs and drinks are unbelievably priced. Good pizza too!

I love Costco’s products, but the customer service that I’ve received recently has caused me to move my bulk-shopping to Sam’s Club instead. I’m very disappointed in the nasty way that an employee (middle-aged woman), treated me as I entered the self-service area with my husband. I got yelled at entering the line, then my husband pulled out a credit card to pay for our groceries and the employee told my husband that he can’t pay because the membership is in my name, in a very aggressive way. The credit card that he was using was in my name too. I had given the card to him in the car, just so that he could help me. We know how Costco works. They are starting to treat everyone like criminals. They check receipts at the door anyway, so there’s no need to have a worker at every single self-check station. There’s always a huge line. Maybe invest some more money into that area instead of putting an individual worker at each self-checkout area. We pay too much to be treated like that. It’s not worth the hassle anymore. Will be telling everyone I know about my last few experiences at this Costco (all involving middle-aged women employees, interestingly enough). I receive better customer service at McDonald’s.

Mixed thoughts about this location..._Went shopping this weekend, I know what I'm getting myself into. The over all shopping experience was pleasant and par for a mobbed Costco weekend, no complaints. The line was long to check out, it moved and again, par for a weekend._It went south at the check out. The woman manning the self-check out started to grill my girlfriend about her membership card. Staring at the card for nearly a min then asked argumentatively "Is this really you?!". I read about Costco cracking down on memberships but the photo was OBVIOUSLY her. She was so adamant with the membership exchange that she failed to scan items under our cart and rushed us out of the way. Get to the gate to leave and realize the items weren't on our receipt. The woman checking the receipt, before we could even say a word, angrily pulled off the items and sent us on our way.I don't know what's going on, but get your stuff together Costco.

My husband and I have been coming to this Costco for a couple months now, and at first it was ok, but they started implementing having cashiers at the self checkout, which makes no sense to me. The cashiers are slower than my husband and I and I noticed on our last visit that they rang something up twice. I know that can be an honest mistake, but if I were ringing something up that wouldn't have happened. The person at the front didn't catch it either. After checking a receipt from the visit before this last one, same thing, although this time I didn't catch it. They rang up an item twice and the person at the front didn't catch it. Why are there cashiers at self checkout first of all, and why are the people at the end checking the receipt not doing a good job? I know they're supposed to catch theft, but now they're not catching when their cashiers can't even do their job. Good thing my husband likes Costco because if it were up to me I wouldn't be back. It's a bad system that doesn't work.

Awesome Costco in Pflugerville. Even with the new one opening in Georgetown this one is great! And I love the banana loaves they have. Individually wrapped makes them easy to share with family, friends or colleagues. They are delicious and a winner. Awesome specialty breads there too. Thanks Costco!
