I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for a while now, and I continue to be incredibly impressed, especially with the service I receive here in the Pflugerville area. They consistently deliver excellent coverage and reliable speeds without breaking the bank.
What truly sets them apart, though, is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been patient, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to deal with people who clearly know their products and are committed to solving your issues quickly. No pushy upsells, just honest advice.
The plans are straightforward, transparent, and offer amazing value for the price. I appreciate not having to deal with hidden fees or unexpected charges. It's a no-nonsense approach to wireless service that I really appreciate.

I visited this store today and I was shocked at the dirt, dust, and the condition of the phones. One phone had a cracked screen and this was a display phone. The other phone's directions said touch the screen, and only one in a row worked. The screens were filthy. I couldn't believe this was a cricket store. The manager/owner needs to read this.

The young lady I believe named Delby was EXCELLENT .. VERY KIND AND CORDIAL. this was the best and quickest phone set up experience I've ever had and she suggested an amazing phone for an amazing price. Thank you so much 💛💛💛

I Recently switched my services from boost Mobile to cricket 2/10/2025 at this location. My services provided was with a gentleman named Adrian B. He charged me for items that I did not approve of. I didn’t realize this until I went over my receipt. So after switching my service to cricket from boost Mobile, my services were not working correctly. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t stay any longer (mind you it’s almost close to closing time). That he had to go and pick his girlfriend up from work. So I left there without service on my phone, waiting for their services to pop up after doing a switch. It’s been two days now and I have not been able to use my services as far as messages. I’ve called Customer Service and they have not been able to help me with this issue. They also sent me to Apple customer service stating that it was an issue with the phone. I had a customer service agent/supervisor call the store about the issue and about the extra money that I was charged. There is a girl who answered the phone. She would not give her name, but I’m going to put the day in time so whatever supervisor reads this for this location knows exactly who was there. 2/12/2025 11:00 am. The Customer Service agent called her on three-way after she kept hanging up in my face, and I asked her to speak with her supervisor due to the fact that Adrian B had overcharged us for items That we did not agree on. I tried to explain this to her, and she told me to call back another day instead of trying to reach her supervisor because at this point that is called STEALING. She tried to brush the issue off as though it was nothing and tried to tell me that those items were included. I explained to her if they were included I shouldn’t have had to pay for them just like I don’t have to pay for the HBO Max. Now, the HBO Max, what they said was included, but these other items were not included. The store location needs to be dealt with because at this point, I’m certain that they’ve done this before. You hung up on me and you hung up on the Customer Service agent/supervisor that I’ve contacted about the issues I was dealing with in her face as well. I’ve called so many times I’m pretty sure that one of these things are going to be on recording through cricket. This needs to be dealt with before I take it any further.
