Whatever you do, do not use Custom Sounds for your tint work. They do not stand by their own warranty.
Came in for some warranty repair as the tint is peeling on three of the four windows and they said that they cannot honor their warranty as they decided not to carry that particular type of tint anymore.
Any legit business will honor the warranty and their work even if they choose to use another type of material. Tint should be easily replaced by another tint if the product is defective. I guess they realized that the product that they sold was defective as they no longer sell it.
They wanted me to have them re-tint the windows, but I asked them why would anyone want them to do the work if in the future they would not stand behind their work.
Absolutely ludicrous customer service.
This company has been around for many years. It is sad that they have turned into this type of company.

This is my 2nd vehicle i had done here at Custom Sounds and John Ryan and Joe takes care of me everytime! Professional installers who knows their stuff!! If you need your installation 10, 12, 15s or whatever this is where you wanna go!

It’s a MUST if you’re looking to have your system installed! I had the privilege of working with John,Joe and Ryan!
I came in with my wishes for the sound and completely got all I WANTED and MORE!!! First off walking in I was greeted, listen too and definitely didn’t feel like all they cared about was money and getting me out of there! They walked me through all my options and choices. Truly made sure I understood what would give me just what I was looking for. I booked my appointment and was set to go. Due to unexpected circumstances I needed to reschedule and John worked with me and my family. And when I needed to reschedule not ONLY did he but he got me in faster and had my truck back to me within 24hrs ahead of what I thought I’d get it due to last min. You want a friendly/family feeling atmosphere, one that true cares bout you but more importantly takes pride in their work this is the place!!!!
Hey John Elijah hands down is so HAPPY with the way Breaking Benjamin sounds in his truck!!!!!:)

I took my son’s Tahoe to custom sounds last week because the custom radio(installed by someone else) wasn’t working at all. John and Ryan were sooo great!! They fixed it in 10 min! Thank you Custom Sounds for your great and friendly service!!
