I go to CVS more often at the one in Pflugerville by costco. PAT is the right person to deal with. Very nice lady, professional and very helpful. She has answers to everything.

Don't recommend this location for vaccines. They're not very friendly.\\n\\nAlso, the store had zero outside lighting turned on at night, making it kind of sketchy and not super safe.

Besides the fact that I think I might have covid I cannot get a covid test from any of the CVS in the Pflugerville round Rock or Austin area it is ridiculous you guys have no availabilities nobody has an availability to give a test

I literally never do this because like who cares right? But I called about something NOT regarding Covid, Some rude a** boy child picked up and said " we're out of rapid Covid tests" and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Like dude, sorry your job sucks, don't take it out on me. Get it together CVS

The pharmacists always take the time to answer your questions and the staff at all extremely nice, even though the store is nonstop busy! They're doing something right because everyone loves shopping here!

Arrogant. Unfriendly. No Greeting. When reporting such things to help them improve, what you will get is a hostile email from the pharmacy manager. Pricing is not good, either. What's the point to go here?

They are so busy but try to get to everyone in line quickly. They know my husband and me by name and that always feels good.
