I have been going to Doctor Russo for over twenty years. I like his independence. He isn’t corporate. The office has an old fashioned vibe I find refreshing.
If you need a stern talking to you will get that as well. When it comes to your health it’s important to get told straight up what the facts are.

Dr. Russo barely listens to any concerns and continuously interrupts. He was not aware of any referrals for neurologists. He is in it only for the money. When trying to schedule an appointment, he explicitly said "United Health Care doesn't pay much for virtual visits, so I want to see you in person." When extenuating circumstances made me have to see another physician in another town, he said if he doesn't see me immediately, he won't be my doctor anymore.

Used Dr. Russo for several years when I lived in the area. I found him to be great. I felt like he took a personal interest in my overall health over the course of time I was in a position to work with him. I felt comfortable taking my kids to him for physicals & other needs. I felt he explained issues thoroughly and I recall he was really focused on education and prevention.

I have been going to Dr. Russo for over 14 years. He has been the best doctor. He doesn't want to just fix a problem, he finds out what caused the problem.

I was able to see the doctor within 30 minutes of calling. He wasn’t rushed, and gave us a lot of attention. Definitely will be going back!

I recently needed to be hospitalized, only the hospital wouldn’t take me without a referral from a doctor. I hadn’t seen Dr. Russo in over a year and he did everything he could to make sure that hospital would have a bed for me. I can’t thank Dr. Russo enough.

I would never recommend this doctor. I called the office and dr Russo answered the phone. I was trying to set up an appointment but Everyone attempt to explain my symptoms to him, he continued to interrupt me. He clearly wasn't interested in helping. It was really disappointing to talk to someone that you trust to be a professional conduct himself in that manner. I will never recommend a dr like this to anyone in my office or community. My recommendation of improvement to Dr Russo is, retirement. Please retire your practice, you obviously have passed your prime.

Dr. Russo is a great doctor and I definitely recommend him. He takes the time to review your history and thoroughly go through any symptoms, unlike many doctors that push you through the gates as fast as possible. I can get in very quickly if necessary, and he has hours that are good for me, not just his staff. All of the staff have always been very friendly as well.

My bf called today (8/14) to make an appointment and Dr Russo told him he needed to come in immediately to be seen based on his symptoms. So, he goes in and Dr Russo looks at his insurance card and says oh you have the % sign. I can't work with that. Seriously? You ask a person to leave work and waste their time without asking this over the phone? Where's the front office staff?! Don't waste your time going here.

Linda, Tay and Dr Russo were very friendly and professional. I didn't wait a minute before I was seen by Dr Russo and I was a walk in!!! I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!!

Definitely recommend. Small office, friendly staff, almost no wait time, no appointment needed - just call before coming in. Dr. Russo takes his time with patients, doesn't rush the visit.
