The property management under Jacob has been very unresponsive. Without posting Google reviews, issues are rarely addressed. Maintenance requests often go unresolved for long periods of time, and communication is poor. We’ve even been told that the property is struggling financially, which might explain why requests aren’t being handled properly — but regardless of the reason, tenants’ needs should still be taken care of.
Basic things like the gates have been broken repeatedly (they are working now, but it remains to be seen for how long). The pet park area is also poorly maintained, with some tenants leaving food scraps and bones along the pathways without any follow-up from management.
Overall, the level of service has been disappointing. At the very least, consistent and timely attention to maintenance requests should be expected.

I would absolutely not live here.
First- when we moved in the property was BRAND NEW, you’d expect a home to without issues when it’s brand new, however that was not the case. Air leaks through windows, doors and the garage. Huge difference between temperatures through the apartment. Bugs easily get inside your home through all the cracks. There probably isn’t a single straight wall in the unit we stayed in for 2 years.
This place has been bought and sold probably more than a dozen times. The management vanishes without a trace just to be replaced by a new one every other month. There are cars that are rotting in the parking lot, all tires flat, windows smashed in, bumpers falling off, they never get towed People dump furniture, car oil, and anything less you can think of in the trash cans like it’s a public dump.
The property is littered with crime, I have never lived somewhere where the police circle every single night. Don’t bother using the amenities, the pool is packed with people throwing huge parties all the time and it’s severely undersized for a complex this size, the gym is disgusting it’s never cleaned and there are no sanitary wipes to clean anything. There are no cameras on the property so this only makes the issue worse.
It’s a shame that I have to write this review because I really thought I would like this place but after two years of living here, it’s only gone downhill. We paid almost double with some of my neighbors are paying for the same exact floor plan and then when we talked to them about why online it’s half price they just told us we can’t change anything because we signed the paperwork. They also have been charging us for the last 9 months saying we have no insurance, and yet we do. Don’t know why they charge for a pest fee, they never come by even when you request it.
Save your dignity and don’t waste your time here.

I moved November 2023 and didnt complete my full contract because I couldnt stand how poorly these apartments were built. I had to seal around the sink in the kitchen because we had a ant problem. The front and garage doors dont have a door sweeper which caused for crickets and other bugs to get in. When I called maintanance to fix it apparently they thought it was one door that needed it. So they added a door sweeper to the front door but never came back to add it to the back. To top it off I had family come over for Thanksgiving and my sister in law got about 8 nails in her tires which caused her to spend over $1000 on new ones. They didnt clean up properly in the parking lots and there were so many nails laying around. The walls are literally paper thin to where I could hear the neighbors alarm go off at 5am during week days. The only good thing about these apartments is the area. I called recently to the front office multiple times due to payment they say I owe. Which is in fact incorrect. They are trying to have me pay double the rent amount for terminating my contract early when I have proof on the contract showing that a $0.00 amount will be owed if contact is terminated early. My husband and I already spoke to two people in the office showing them the contract they said we didnt owe. However we still got a letter in the mail saying there is a balance due. Please avoid these apartments dont let looks fool you. Also read your contracts and save them to avoid future issues.

RPM Living is the company that built this place cheaply, then immediately sold it and got out of the game. Extremely shady business practices from what I heard about them later. Never, ever, renting from them again.
The area under the kitchen cabinets isn't sealed, the walls don't even fit the doors properly, including the garage door, so bugs have numerous ways to get in constantly. Spraying for pests isn't enough.
I understand Willow Bridge PC, the current management company, inherited a badly-built place, but they are not doing enough to make it worth the rent. Maintenance is overwhelmed with work (hire more people then?) and the pool took months to fix after some residents partied too hard.
My sink literally fell off like other residents and it took a week of me reaching out for them to get contractors under warranty to come fix it. They wouldn't tell me which day so I had to stay home from work and reschedule meetings all week. Due to their miscommunication, they sent away the people who came earlier. You'd think they'd have contractors on standby or even proactively go around and fix sinks before they fall with the number of units here that have this issue. No response on a rent discount, even just showing some empathy would have helped.
For two weeks in a row, the apartment management hasn't sent the pest control people to my apartment, don't know if this is retaliation for speaking up about my apartment's issues, even though they say it's just "mistakes". There is no follow up or response unless you hound them.
Crickets are everywhere, even in the bathtub. My garage gets like 15 every week, and they get in the house All. The. Time. I bought spray and powder with my own money and that helps but again, doesn't make up for the poor construction. Beetles and other small bugs get in all the time too. Can't even relax in my own home.
It is a pretty quiet and friendly community (depending on your luck of neighbors). Services like trash and utilities are reliable. There are much better places around here to spend your money on though.

I could get on here and trash these people like some sort of entitled child, or I can act like an adult and put myself in others shoes for one minute of my life.
It seems the residents of this property are targeting the wrong people. Any “level headed” person can see that this property was poorly built. Thats the first thing to take under consideration. The new management company, office staff and the ONE maintenance technician for 350 apartments are not the ones who built this place. I see that they are trying to accommodate a bunch spoiled, entitled, and inconsiderate residents who just want out of their leases, the best they can. My hats off to the Willow Bridge Staff for putting up with these people. You definitely don’t deserve any harsh treatment considering the obstacles thrown your way. There are residents who understand.

You definitely want to think twice before moving to this apartment complex. Not only the walls have a horrible isolation and you can hear your neighbors so clear that it’s like you are all living in the same apartment because how clearly you can hear everything they do or talk about, but also because since they change the management, the property has been coming down.
I’ve been waiting a whole month for a change of my fridge filter without a clear answer of why it’s taking so long, you will find spiders and other bugs constantly because the pest control isn’t good, and sometimes the grass grows so much that my feet is completely cover by it when I take my dog outside.
Definitely not worthy the price. You can definitely find a better quality place around the area for a better price!

There is a big problem with the sound isolation of these buildings due to low quality of walls and ceilings. You can hear every movement of people upstairs and on the sides! Even when they flush toilets you hear the flow of water down the walls very loud and clear! This becomes extremely annoying and could easily disrupt your sleep schedule. And the new management team is negligent. I’ve lived at many apartments and never felt the need to post a negative review. Care for your residents! Respond to calls/emails! Oh and did I mention a maintenance? They new maintenance ignores you indefinitely. For the price, its not worth it I do not recommend Emerson at Wells Branch to any one if you can avoid it at all cost.

I have been living here around 6ish months. The community itself is calm and quiet. It is a newer community and well maintained.. The downside here is that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything upto the neighbors closing doors, doing laundry, their conversations. I’ve had issues with a neighbor blasting tv through a home theater system for hours, that I can hear clear as day. At times, even late at night during the weekdays. I have brought it to the attention of the office but it doesn’t seem like anything has been done.. Definitely won’t be renewing here and I would really consider other reviews like this one before signing a lease.

I am very happy and pleased with this property, everything is so clean and new. I really enjoy the clubhouse, especially working in an clean environment is always a plus. Maria, the lady who assisted me in the process of moving in was such good help guide me every step of the way to make sure I was ready With everything I needed to move in.

I have lived her for 6 months and it is absolutely perfect. The buildings and amenities are well kept and landscaping is always manicured. The staff was also incredibly helpful with the move in process. All my neighbors are super sweet and friendly. I have 0 complaints with moving here.

Recently moved to Emerson at Wells Branch and wow where do I begin. For starters, Mary and her team are phenomenal, providing excellent customer service every time I need them and helped a lot with the move in process. Mary, in specific, has been such a great leader for this complex as she gave me a tour of our unit and got us approved and into our new unit in no time! Additionally, the unit itself still takes my breath away everyday I wake up. It’s so modern with it’s new state of the art appliances and floors, as well as the lighting fixtures. Love the amount of space also in the unit and of course the great addition of the garage. The neighborhood in itself just feels like a home, with everyone being so friendly and a sense of safety. The amenities as well are just amazing such as the gym, pool, outdoor social space, dog spa, etc. I seriously recommend anyone (single, couple, or family) to move here if you’re looking for a fun, dynamic neighborhood and high class living!
