I hope you have a better experience than I did, mines was Terrible! Their cars are filthy, along with very few to choose from. I highly suggest using another rental car company.
I'll never use enterprise again. Even after requesting another vehicle due to the foul odor of Dog and Dog Feces, they did not call me in for a replacement. after 5 days I filled a complaint and was finally issued another vehicle that was manageable. I give them zero stars and a thumbs down!

Naw. Nothing is simple anymore. Renting a car has become so hard. On top of having some tell you the same thing over and over when you didn't ask is not good customer service especially when they are not helping you.
Smile and have some damn compassion and tell people have a good day when there day is not going good.
Trash company and trash location.

Long post. Please read all and beware of Enterprise off 685. Never had any problems with them u til recently. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica back in January. January 18th for my dad's 80th birthday party in Garland. I've rented before with no issue. It was cold and rainy that day. Will ( I'll try to refrain from name calling but he did me dirty) checked me in. It was cold. He told me to get inside vehicle because it was cold. He stood in driver door. He kept asking me did I want the additional coverage. I mean being very persistent. I was like no I won't be driving much. I told him he was making me nervous. So I get out check the van around nothing. I'll admit it was my fault for not checking the top. I mean I'm only 5'6 so I wouldn't of even saw it. I believe with all my heart he saw the damage and that's why he kept asking
Even made reference that few extra hundred would be cheaper than 5000. We go to Garland for weekend. Only put 478 miles. No carport nothing. We get back Su day. Check forecast. Austin was expecting ice. I dropped vehicle off Sunday afternoon. I made video of drop off. Mind you I didn't scan top because again I ain't never checked it. Enterprise Will calls me Monday saying it was damage at top of van. He lied like someone else checked it in but it was his ass. He knew that damage was already there. I go up to Enterprise cause I knew there was no damage. He proceeds to show me top of van which I still didn't see damage. Even if I had checked i still didn't see no damage. It was a 2022. I should of went with my 1stmind. You couldn't even read the key. The lock and unlock and start buttons were all gone. Vehicle was from Pennsylvania. Moral of the story watch thus location especially Will they will screw you over! I begged my insurance not ro pay them but like agent said they really couldn't prove it was already there. I asked them to get video from when I checked in. Enterprise f*** me over big time. I believe in karma! I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE again. Then they had the nerve to say 4000 in damage. Insurance paid them 2 something. Beware of this enterprise. I wished my insurance would of did more research. I wish I could post the video of Will literally standing inside van supposedly showing damage which I still didn't see

I was so pissed I hope I have clerk right. It may have been Bryan now I think of it. Which ever one looks like Dr Seuss 😂 screwed me over. Just know if you rent from them check vehicle all over top and bottom. UPDATE...Wrong name of scammer. It was actually Bryan.

I just wanted to take the time to say what an amazing job this location was. I was in and out in under 10 minutes from my schedule appointment. Lorena was super kind and informative from start to finish. I appreciate her dedication to making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my rental. And shout out to Will for being so kind while answering all my questions beforehand over the phone before I even got there which made the process super easy. I totally recommend this location for all your rental needs ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I received poor front desk service. I also was not provided a vehicle even though many were in the lot. I’m assuming because I came in almost close to closing time and was told no vehicles available and no further assistance.

Just had a really poor experience after trying for a week to arrange the appropriate rental for a specific size vehicle. They never have cars and could do without being rude at the counter to people who are just trying to use the system to have the right size car there for the rental.

Overall my encounter with Enterprise on March 7, 2025, I received extremely awesome customer service from an Agent named, Will. Will's customer service exceeded my expectations. Will worked efficiently and expressed joy and sunshine working here at Enterprise. Will is Enterprise business orientated. Will is the Enterprise company's strategy for success, including its goals, growths and strengths. Thank you Will so much for your totally astonishing customer service. Enterprise company stands in need of Will's leadership. Will's set of values and beliefs as he approach his work at Enterprise encompassing behaviors like responsibility, dedication, ultimately impacting productivity and success at Enterprise.

Great price, great vehicle - easy to handle vehicle and everything was good until the following week. I discovered Enterprise shared my credit card info with a 3rd party billing company who handles Toll charges. I don’t deny I owe toll frees however I did place the car on my toll account, and most importantly to me is that, the 3rd party company didn’t think it was important enough to notify me before submitting chargers on my card without my permission. I was never informed Enterprise would be sharing my information and for this fact, be cautious when using a credit card.

They were super helpful and even gave me a ride to and from the body shop that was working on my car. I used Enterprise 8 years ago and had a great experience so I just used them again this week and had an equally great experience.

They overcharged me for a rental throught my insurance and misquoted me a price and then charged me $100 more than what was quoted. One of the worst experiences of my life. Never coming back to enterprise!
