Highly HIGHLY recommend the Pflugerville Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. They helped me out in a very odd situation and handled it professionally and made it MUCH easier for me...that was their main concern. Will definitely go out of my way to utilize this location and their fine staff when I have a need for a rental.

Giving 5 stars because of my overall experience. The staff and manager here are all super helpful and competent. That said, places are rarely perfect and it’s up to those in charge to find solutions.I initially rented a jeep that had broken rear windows, I called and they immediately swapped out the vehicle. The driver Mr Richard is a very kind soul and they really do pick you up or drop you off if need be. Overall I would rent here again- 5 stars

The car I was given had an expired registration sticker, check engine notification was flashing and the vehicle ran very rough and loud. I returned to Enterprise within minutes of driving off and was told that there was nothing they could do. There was no customer service from that point forward at this location, 1312 FM 685 Bldg 1, Pflugerville, TX 78660. They said they did not have any other cars to replace it with and told me to contact other locations on my own, as well as contact the corporate offices. I did both and no other locations nor the corporate office was able to help me. As I stood in the office on hold with other locations and the corporate office, I saw several other customers get help and rent vehicles of the same size that I had. Obviously there were other vehicles available in the same size that could’ve been traded out for mine. I give 2 stars because I’ve never problems in the past and in the end, the car worked and met my needs for the time I had it.

It seems they make their own rules at this Enterprise, I have always been able to rent a car with my debit card, even before at this location, and today I wasn’t. It wasn’t even a personal rental, my insurance company made it for me which is why it even weirder that they wouldn’t take a card with my name on it. I called my adjuster and he agreed because he had a client who rented one with a debit card yesterday at this same location. The service wasn’t welcoming and they weren’t polite or wiling to discuss the “policy” either. Save your energy and go to Hertz.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I rent fairly regularly with Enterprise and have rented several times thorough this branch. The service is continuously getting worse. A few rentals ago, I was over charged, despite returning at the specified date and time on a reservation booked directly through them. This last time, I was offered a downgrade and am sure I would have been charged the regular price had I not said anything. I ended up getting a beat up car with nearly 70k miles. They also indicated I had a full tank, which wasn't true. I emailed them twice trying to correct the fuel error, but management at this branch simply doesn't care enough to respond. Avoid this location at all costs.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was forced to use them as I was in an accident, and this is what the other persons insurance would cover. The first vehicle I got was making a weird noise and vibration. I called to try and get into another vehicle and kept getting told I would be contacted when one was available. 3 weeks later the tire blew in the middle of the night and required roadside assistance as no spare was available. It blew on a Saturday and I was not able to get into another vehicle until Monday after being promised by roadside that one was available for me on Sunday morning. After calling and calling they finally got me into another rental on Monday afternoon. I was forced to take the day off work just to be able to do this. And they charged me a daily rate during this time even though I had no vehicle. Trying to get ahold of anyone at this location is a nightmare and When I called to close out the person who finally answered the phone told me I owed over $900 when that is not what was due. Luckily I pay attention and refused to pay that and get an itemized rental agreement. I only owed $270. Worst experience of my life as a single mom during the holidays.

Unprofessional and lazy. The workers did not help in any way to get me into a rental, Braker enterprise had to interfere and help. 0 social skills

RUN!! As far and fast as you can from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst rental experience ever, from the moment I went to pickup the car. I had a reservation for 10am, but they thought it was appropriate to have me wait 2 1/2 hours to then offer a minivan when I drove a sedan. I took it because they already caused me to be late for work. This was all on Thursday. That Saturday the entire screen froze making me unable to use GPS or even the radio so they swapped the car on Monday. They only had a BMW available that had a service oil light on that they couldn’t figure out how to turn off. Now, because of insurance my car is to be returned on Sunday but they are closed. They also close at 1pm on Saturday. In order for me to not be charged after my insurance pays on Sunday, I have to return the car before they close on Saturday by 1 or go to another location by 2pm on Sunday.

Insurance is covering my mid-size car rental while my car gets repaired. The rental aspect has been a disaster from day one.1.) Reservation was made two weeks out. We were told a car was being moved over from a different location specifically for our reservation. Yet, no car or any other vehicle was available for us to pickup despite an 8:30am appointment. We were asked to come back the next day at 1pm and a SUV would be available. My SO had to take the rest of the day off because I needed a vehicle for the kiddos.2.) Next day, after a 2.5 hour wait we get a truck. The CSR says we will need to pay $9/day since this is not the vehicle the insurance covered. I asked them to eat the cost since it’s not a voluntary upgrade. They confer with management, no can do. But! We can come back in a few days to trade it in for the car we should have had in the first place. My SO had to take a half day off for this fun.3.) I send an email to corporate requesting the location honor the original price. No response.4.) Call a few days later— no car available. I mention the price match, they say nothing they can do.5.) I call corporate. The CSR says the location is supposed to price match in the event they run out of vehicles for the reservation. Forwards the concern to be investigated. No follow up on their end.6.) We get a call from Enterprise last night saying they are going to charge our card for the $9/day because we’ve gone beyond the deposit. I told them no. I had talked to corporate and they are required to honor the price of the original reservation.Let’s be honest here, if this was legal, then what’s to stop them from upgrading everyone and forcing them to pay a higher price? I’m not they type of person who jumps straight to a bad review, but after several conversations with the location and two attempts of communications with corporate I’m a bit fed up. This is my first experience with Enterprise, as I’ve always used Avis for work travel, and I’ll never recommend this company to anyone.

Enterprise sucks. Very rude, wait a very long time for a car that was reserved a week before. Also, enterprise doesn't tell u that if u go through toll booths, they'll will not only charge u the toll but a hefty surcharge on ur cc and not send u evidence of the charges. They don't even tell u about tolls and surcharges.

The MANAGEMENT/customer service is disgusting here! The "girl" manager at this specific time/month is classless and sloppy figuratively and literally and is not manager material more fit for maybe managing a Taco Bell where you can already expect bottom of the barrel service .
