The premium crossover car I got had dog hairs on all car seats and dirt on the floor. I found out that there will be an animal charge of 450$ . Kindly reported the situation and The front desk was willing to clean it right away.

Had a great first time experience
With enterprise at this location. From the immediate call after making a claim to set up the rental, to the gentlemen that helped me at the counter, the drop off service from the Collision house, it was all seamless and worry free. Loved my car also. Thanks to your whole staff that came together. 10/10, 5 Stars, you guys are doing great things. Thank you again!

Had horrible experience with this Rent-A-Car facility, had a problem with a towing company in which we needed the renting agreement. Called in as we were stranded in Dallas, man at the counter could not care less about our issue after explaining it was not our fault. He refused to resend the email containing the agreement after telling us that they had wrote it down wrong and ultimately left us without any solution and then just hanged up without another word.

I always rent from this Enterprise specifically because they’re always very helpful and have great employees! I wanted to take a moment to shout out the Branch Manager who helped me with my rental today. I believe his name was Corey. Today was insane with the number of people renting for Mother’s Day, graduations, repairs from recent hail storms, etc. There were a lot of demanding customers and just Corey and a new guy training. Corey handled everyone amazingly well and deserves props (and a bonus) for his amazing patience in the face of all that. They actually didn’t have the car size I requested and he was able to give me an upgrade that was even better than what I’d requested. I really appreciate how tough it is to be in a customer service job and believe that it takes an immense amount of patience to deal with what this store saw today.
