I came in to get some parts for the man lift and scissor lifts at my hubby's job site. After over an hour they still couldn't find the parts (not entirely their fault, I was sent with only vague pictures and the man lift is older than I am). I left them with the numbers to contact us and emails, but after a week we never got a call back.They did however look up and find the correct tire size for a couple pieces of heavy equipment and gave me the way to order them.The sweet lady at the front is patient and isn't afraid to ask her boss for help if something is outside her wheelhouse. Boss could've been less impatient and more communicative with his staff though.

Went by to get a part, made me stand outside in the sun and call the parts department via my cell. Sure couldn’t ask about details on a diagram from there. Didn’t have my filter in stock either, looks like they are going out of business.
