  Their app is easy to use, and you can text your agent and they can help quickly. I love that it’s not AI and my problems get resolved so much easier when I don’t have time to call. When I do have to call, they’re super nice.

  Edit: Bennie does a great job but I feel like I got scammed. I asked specifically about an issue and was told that it would definitely be covered, now he is saying “well I’m not the adjuster so I don’t make the calls.” Kind of makes me question why the sales person is doing the job at all instead of the informed adjuster.

  Bennie has been an absolutely great person to work with! She helped me lower my insurance cost by a lot but thats not the most important thing, she made me understand how important the uninsured motorist coverage can be (which i was about to decline) and i ended up including it in my insurance and just a week later an uninsured drunk driver hit my car (a brand new tesla) and i cannot start to thank Bennie for convincing me to buy the uninsured motorist coverage because now i am able to relax and let statefarm fix my car for me! ASK FOR BENNIE, SHE IS AMAZING!!

  I was shopping for Auto Insurance and spoke to Minerva at this agency. She was very professional and courteous. She went over and above with helping me to get a good rate. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me to make sure all my questions were answered. She send the paperworks to my email and stayed on the phone with instruction for me to finish everything.
  I did speak to other Insurance companies and agents, but State Farm had the best coverage and rate this time. Their qoute was actually half of what others have quoted me and in some cases it was even better. Overall I had a great experience buying insurance (which no one looks forward to) this time. I recomment Erickson Sullivan Agency for you insurance needs.

  State Farm sent me a letter saying my policy on my vehicles will be canceled because they haven’t received payment. I checked my account and it shows my payment was posted on June 24 and the cancellation notice was sent on the same date.
  I called Ericson’s office and wanting to know if I was still insured. He checked it out and within five minutes he called me back saying I was still insured. My payments were current.
  I appreciate Ericson responding quickly. He does me a good job handling my vehicle and house policies.
