I waited 20 minutes, paid, and then the machine immediately went out of service. I tried to scan the QR code which just brought me to a Facebook page, which is useless if you don’t have one of those. An employee from another business was able to reset it (?) but basically told me if the wash didn’t work I would just be out of luck. Luckily it worked, but this was an all around bad interaction with this company. It’s weird to make getting in touch with the business so difficult. It feels like a scam.

The hose doesn’t work; it hardly picks up anything. The little suction top of the hose is also broken.

We came to this drive through wash happy that we found a good place. nope!!! Took our money and the whole machine didn't even start? Told us to drive forward, nothing, we backed up to see maybe we drove a bit too forward, nothing. What a waste of time and took our money for free. Don't recommend coming here, machine will just take your money and won't do anything.

Please do not go to this car wash. The automated system doesn't work properly. Also the lights are confusing and suddenly it turns off. I left with soap in my car. It's not worth it.

First time here. I paid for the top service and there was some malfunction. The Internet guided me to their Facebook page and I was prompted to message there. The person receiving the message responded within minutes and without question issued me a new code to get the wash again, along with tips on how to make sure it went right this time.
Not only did the wash end up being great, but I was most impressed with their ability to make things right very quickly. Will be coming back here again.

On Saturday June 8th I purchased a carwash at the entrance and drove in only to find out it wasn't working (it just kept saying to keep pulling forward). I pulled around and drove in several times with the same results. Who knows how many people paid that day with the same result. I can't find a valid phone number to get a refund.
Update: I sent the company a message on facebook and they sent me a code for a free carwash. If you do have issues with the car wash you can contact them through facebook.
