I am so pleased to know that Express MD - PA, Ms. Jennifer Montgomery was able to take our fight opponent Mr. S. Alexander and conduct an urgent physical so that he could participate in the title championship. I hear everything went well and he is set for action. Thank you Ms. PA Montgomery. ??

The lady Receptionist was so rude had to get a physical for the Districk. Their sign says they could see the last patient until 745. They close at eight I came a little after 7 but lost my Id so I had to leave and come back I got back there a little bit before 730 and when I told the receptionist what I was here for, she rudely said we can’t see you. You should have been here at 7 o’clock. It was not communicated to me that I had to be there by seven. When I asked if I could still be seen she said she would ask the provider the provider expressed. Yeah, we’re still open, but we can’t see you. Even though there was no one els in the building completely empty, which was mind-boggling to me.

Went here after two weeks of having a nasty cough that was also turning into a sinus infection. Total, I was there for 2 1/2 hrs to have no tests run on me, except an x-ray even though the doctor said it didn’t sound like pneumonia, presumably to up-charge the visit. After confirming not pneumonia, I was told to wait it out and take some cough medicine lol. Guess who is still sick a week later? Going on almost a month now of feeling sick. I was given no medication, not even a steroid to help me feel a little better or antibiotics to help kick the sinus infection. Absolutely neglectful care. If you are actually concerned about your health, don’t go here.Update: called to ask if i could get ANY medication sent in because i threw up from coughing and been sick a month now. They do not care at all. Told me I need to come in again, presumably another cash grab, to just get medication i should’ve received two weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, tried to tell me it’s “only $15” when they are not the ones receiving my bills from insurance. Like I said before, at the bare minimum, it’s neglectful care. Will be reporting to Texas DSHS like another individual who reviewed this place said.Edit because I can’t respond to their comment. My issue is not that you did a chest x-ray. Awesome job for doing the bare minimum. My issue is that nothing else was done and it is a fact no medication was sent in except an inhaler I ALREADY OWN. Y’all are just dumb or don’t care.

Would give zero stars if i could. I came in with flu/covid like symptoms waited 2 hours but when i called she said 30-45 min wait. They seeing all the drug test ppl cool. 2 hrs in and they rushed my visit. They took a flu test and covid test came back negative Dr came in and said ok ur good to go your negative u just have a small stomach bug u can go back to work today. Im like how do u know its a bug. Oh everyone has been getting it. Oh and i had a fever too. 2 days later I end up in the er i have walking pneumoni. These ppl ran no other twst barely even saw me just swabbed and came back when the test were done. Not let me run any other test which the er said they couldve done. Horrible service

This is the worst urgent care in Texas. My daughter needed help for dehydration urgent. I told everything to the front desk person, she gave a bunch of excuses about not helping her, asked me for insurance and I told her I had anthem, then if whether I have met deductible, and so on. Then, she wanted to charge $150 if they were going to see her. I told her that we have given her medicine over the counter and was throwing up everything. Then she said we cannot do anything for her

I am going to report this clinic to the Texas DSHS. I went in with a high fever of 103.6, aches and chills and pains for what I thought was as a result bad food days prior. Dr. checked my ears (had an ear infection 2weeks prior) and left me in the room for 15mins only to come to tell me that they have limited resources and that if I was a child with high fever they would pursue further investigation but then sent me away suggesting that I go to the ER because there was nothing they could do for me. I went to Texas Med down the street where I was immediately tested for strep, the flu and Covid. Turns out I was in early onset flu, got meds and already better. Ask me why they decided to treat me this way? That is for them to answer. I would never recommend anyone going into this clinic

I get the Dr that isn’t very interested in my back spasm. Literally had eginf earto suggest she look at swelling after sitting across from her in chair. No after care suggestions, no feel better.*update I’m at emergency room with a serious mastoid infection now! You could have saved me. I was not touched by your dr! She did not feel my swelling.*** Mastoid infection! It could have been totally helped. The ear drops she prescribed would have been useless. Ct scan in the morning! Thanks a bunch Dr M C

Dr. Asamoah and all the Express MD staff were caring, kind and understanding. They listened, advised and ready to assist with all aspects of my treatment. I’m thankful for the great care they provided me.

The front desk lady named Stacy was so welcoming as soon as I walked in. She was able to answer all my questions and help me through paperwork. Super friendly lady ! :)

Very polite and courteous. Everyone introduced themselves and made it fun with conversation. That’s a lot better than an examination where you may wait a bit but know one remembers your there. Not at ExpressMD Urgent Care in Pflugerville.

The staff was really fast and knowledgeable and not to mention very polite Brandy with above and beyond to ensure all my customer needs were met I would recommend this company to anyone that want world class service for all your needs
