I wish they would make this convenient location more friendly to the elderly👵 that are not really familiar with a lot of the latest technology 😲as I wanted to mail something there🙏 but I didn't have the QR code and a printout🖨 so I could not do it😟

The person who finally came over to help me, was not helpful and seemed lost. I asked how long she had worked there and she answered couple of weeks. Very passive disposition and bad customer service.

Horrible. Do not use. This is not a gig on the Fed EX on site. But I saw the FEDEX on Impact way distro center got a number of horrible reviews and nothing has seemed to happen, so I thought I would post here. Overnight shipment was bought on Friday for Saturday delivery. It is now Sunday night, plans canceled (package was sign for only). Package required for my work on Monday and required before I fly on Monday. I will stop using FEDEX and go UPS from now on. Horrible. I lost money due to tickets I bought and delivery date and time being moved multiple times. FEDEX, you need to seriously look into your distro center on Impact way in Phlugerville. They have issues.
