Worst service and even more worse people... I will be calling corporate tomorrow because some one needs to be held accountable... this is on behalf of the whole surrounding area . Based on the reviews and the 2 stars this place needs to get shut down!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of my package. The item appears to be damaged, and there is a possibility that it has been tampered with. I am also concerned about the lack of care shown in handling my package. Furthermore, I experienced difficulties in obtaining an accurate estimated time of arrival, and there was a lack of communication regarding the location of my package. When I contacted customer service to inquire, I was unable to receive satisfactory answers.

Fedex Ground has my package from Walmart sitting in their trucks and warehouse for 3 days now. The customer rep at Fedex says they do not have a delivery address. Walmart has the correct delivery address in their system. How does FedEx have a package at their site without an address attached to it. I do not understand this at all. How do you generate a label without an address.

If it doesn’t have an apt # you could leave it at the office and I don’t have to wait for however long it’ll take you to get me my package.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Package was out for delivery on 7/11/25, driver parked in front of our building, never left his truck, and left after 10 minutes. Package first marked as Out For Delivery, then changed to Not On Truck. Called FedEx Support 3 times. The first 2 times, we were assured it would be delivered by end of day on 7/11/25. At 7:45 pm we got a notification that it would be delivered the next day, 7/12/25. The 3rd time we called, we were assured it would be the first item delivered on Saturday 7/12/25. Then the shipping status said between 10:30-2:30 on 7/12/25. It is now 2:46 pm and the shipping status has been changed again to By End of Day.
I looked for a direct number to this location and it appears to have been disconnected.
Whomever is in charge over there, you need to fire yourself.
Edit: A different driver from yesterday attempted delivery today. He got halfway up the stairs and the item fell all the way to the bottom. Big yellow FRAGILE stickers on each side.

These people can't get delivery dates right for nothing. No contact info. Who even runs this place? They need to rehire a whole new team. Never running a package through FedEx again. They told me my package was ready for pickup, I drove 35 minutes to be told it's on a truck... they for sure aren't working in there.

I'm so mad!! I'm a 70 year old woman, my husband is completely disabled. I ordered a heavy large mower. I left detailed instructions on where house is. Instead of driving to my house, they left it at the 1st gate 1 mile away! Thank God a young couple drove by as I was trying to move it and put in my truck for me. Angels sent to me, and it wasn't fed ex!!

I ship to relative in Liberty Hill on a regular basis and service out of Pflugerville is the worst of the worst. They need a major shakeup for sure.

The only reason i gave 1 star is because Edgar came in clutch at the last second as i was leaving my house.
My delivery was promised on Friday by end of day, it was a large box of ammunition. I had a shooting competition Saturday. I watched the map all day, and saw driver Moises drive around my neighborhood for HOURS on Friday. Apparently he forgot my package was there. Towards the end of the evening, Moises I guess wanted to go home instead of doing his job. He decided to lie and say that he attempted delivery, and posted a random picture of a garage door. Not mine of course. I contacted Fedex customer service, they called this hub and told them what happened, and then i was promised he would return Friday evening. He did not. I called again and asked if they would hold it for me to pickup on my way out of town, they said sure. 5am rolls around, and it's back on a delivery truck with no estimated time. As i said, luckily, Edgar shows up in the knick of time. So thank you for that sir. As for the rest of everyone else, absolutely shameful and unprofessional. It doesn't look like my experience is out of the ordinary for this location

You’d think with all the single star reviews they would check into this place. The sender, this warehouse and my house are all within 10miles of one another. My job usually sends our updated hardware via USPS but for whatever reason used this trash excise for delivery. I was supposed to receive it in 24 hours. It’s been over a week! They won’t communicate with the sender either to just say that they lost the package so I can get a new computer. These ppl are the worse.

Driver pulls up at 10:50 am, opens door and takes a photo of the ground. Mind you, I'm standing by my front door, watching all this happen. My security cam footage shows this as well. A few hours later at 2:15 pm the driver submits a photo of the sidewalk in front of my house and states undeliverable, because resident not home. The package doesn't require a signature or for the recipient to home.
