the crew was very understanding of all processes to move my car along from diagnostics to dealing with the insurance company and repair services. Great attitudes, a little busy for only two people inside during rush hour, but they conquered all obstacles in a very professional way! Keep it up!

'Above and Beyond' is the only way I can think to describe the service I received. I had purchased a used car only two weeks before it stopped running. I spoke with David and he quickly put me at ease by assuring me that they would be able to identify and fix the problem. David kept me informed every step of the way and was able to negotiate with the warranty service getting some additional items that needed to be fixed as well. I could tell that David and everyone there really cared about helping me get the most done at the least cost and that getting it fixed right was the primary objective. My car is running like a top now, much better than it ran when I first drove it. I give David and this Firestone my absolute highest recommendation!

Said they couldn’t do alignment on 2025 tundra. It’s the same specs as a 22-24. I wonder how many 2022-2024 tundras they’ve turned around.

They were extremely kind and pulled a nail out of my tire and instead of scamming me like other shops and saying I would need to replace a tire, they told me that it didn't puncture so the just plugged the tiny hole and balanced the air in my tires for free.

I've always had a great experience walking out of here. I never feel pressured to complete the work all at once. I have a 25 yr old vehicle and I understand there will always be something to repair on it. But I'm not afraid to ask questions on what should be priority to repair and that way I can make an informed decision on the best course of action for the vehicle.

I always have good service here. They saved me a good bit of money on routine maintenance vs what the dealership wanted to charge. They’re conveniently located and I can rely on their 6 month no interest promotions when I have a larger than expected repair bill.
