I have been coming here for many years and the service has consistently been excellent. Service Manager Juan was so very helpful and took time to explain everything. I highly recommend this place.

Don brought a level of experience to the job that you don't quite see anymore. Brandon was very professional with our interaction. Don has a sense of humor that gives off that old times feel. Some people probably don't get it but that's ok. I felt like I was talking to a friend and felt like I could leave the work to them since I didnt have the time to do it myself. Hey fellas, thanks for handling my ole town and country so well.

I made an online appointment to get my oil changed and an alignment. I showed up at the time of my appointment, and the worker told me I MUST drop it off overnight, instead of waiting for it at the time of my appointment, EVEN THOUGH their website let me book an appointment, and allowed the option for me to wait for it. The man then pestered me about coming in early the following day, but I couldn’t due to work. He refused to work on my car at 5:30, an hour and a half before they closed. I ended up taking off work early, and scheduled an appointment for 4:30; however all of my reminders for the appointment said my appointment was at 4:00. I called to confirm what time it was at, and they said that the appointment was at 4:30, but I don’t know why everything else said 4:00. Once I arrived, a worker helped me and told me to sign on the pad. I was signing that I confirmed I had viewed the estimate and agree to pay for everything; however, no estimate was provided. He did not tell me the cost, he didn’t inform me of anything, and truthfully, he seemed unhappy to be working there. I proceeded to ask him what the final cost was, and it was literally over $250 for an alignment and an oil change. I instantly told them to cancel it and I would go somewhere else. I went someone else and my total cost was a little under $150. Firestone is ridiculous.

Great customer service, was helped at its fullest! First time ever using a tire and wheel plus protection and Mr. Gonzalez (Juan) made it so easy for me submitting the claim/payment! He was patient, very respectful and fully responded to my questions regarding the needed service. Will be returning for any other future needs!

I can’t speak more positively about my experience with Anghel Medrano my service especialist. From the start, he was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful, making me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Firestone in Pflugerville for tires and other car repairs.

I bought 4 new tires and they were very noisy, I went back and they said they had changed the tires but I had marked them and they didn't change them because the mark was there, I went back and they said they weren't going to change them or give me my money back, the owner named Brandon treated me very badly and was not truthful.

I am leaving a 2 star review from my experience.
I purchased a vehicle with worn down brakes and rotors. Braking was normal, pedal was firm.
I had a small shop replace my calipers with performance calipers, upgraded Z1 steel braided brake lines, performance rotors and performance brake pads. I spared no expense on my brake kit. Unfortunately, they ran out of time(closing time) but mostly finished the job. However, they mentioned that I need to get the air in the brake system removed. I said “ok, thanks for letting me know”. And I towed it home on my trailer.
(Please consider I’m leaving out some small details for another Firestone tire diagnostic I requested. For reader’s sake I’m leaving that out).
I drive to Firestone(Pflugerville) the following morning. Nice people, easy check in. I was told the brake bleeding was $130, guy was cool enough to honor a lower price. I later get a phone call telling me that the brake pedal is still “spongy”. That there’s something else wrong, and that further diagnostics are needed. At an additional $100+ an hour… My car has 62,000 miles?!… ok, this was the part that bothered me. I am not a very stand off person, so I kindly declined further services.
I pick up my vehicle after getting a final phone call from them. My Vehicle feels the same. Nothing has changed.
I decide to get a second opinion from another mechanic. In person, the mechanic says;
“Based on your car’s owner’s manual, your car has dual bleeder valves on the calipers. All we have to do is bleed both sides of your calipers on all 4 corners.”
Sure enough, the gentleman that got me taken care of, confirmed that someone did not do their due diligence.
My advice to anyone, is ALWAYS get a second opinion. I had to file a complaint just to try and get a refund from Firestone. Guess what, I’m not getting a refund. As an American tax payer, $130 is not exactly a small sum of money. But I will not be returning to Firestone.
