Visiting out of town and stopped by H-E-B, never disappoints. Great prices, great cuts of meat, huge of produce. I wish we had a HEB in Southern Cali.

The fruit/vegetable/bakery department is amazing. Management needs to get the store under control. Too many people! Store is too small! Limited checkout lines, people waiting ten minutes to buy things even in the 15 items or less lines (I timed it). Self checkout? Still got to wait there too. They are building a mega apartment complex nearby. What do you think is going to happen when it opens? It is going to get even worse. Isles need to be bigger for influx of people. Get it together HEB.

I am here visiting from indiana. We are staying in an airbnb close by and needed food for the weekend. My experience here was great!Everything we needed could be found at great prices. The playlist was even great as I pushed my cart through the aisles humming the tunes of the 80s and 90s. We got fresh fruit, grass fed beef, snacks, and more. As an allergy sensitive family, we found what we needed. Super thankful for that. My favorite part, though, was the check out process. I was greeted by Jordan at the register and William bagged my groceries. Both were kind and engaging and made the experience great. They showed true hospitality. Should I return to this area, I will definitely be back.

Greatly appreciate the awesome fresh selections has. Also keeping the visors up to protect our people with the disease that is going around and maintaining social distance and is here to stay. Can't give this location a more 5 stars on the support and grateful services. GG

It's not rare when i come to HEB and get amazing costumer service from the cashier's. This morning i came in to do my grocery shopping for the week i normally get very big orders and i always feel so bad lol, i just so happen to get lucky and end up in Miss Faith's line. She is just too cute, so sweet and she is also very well mannered! She immediately greeted me with a big smile and also helped me with some coupon difficulties. She managed to get through my big order fast while also making sure to move my bread and eggs out the way keeping them safe. It's not just Faith that is amazing so far almost all of cashiers are awesome! I can definitely say HEB always knows the perfect people to hire and i strongly appreciate that.

After buying cakes and cupcakes for years from HEB, I was very disappointed when I went the other day to order a cake from this location. I asked if one of the ingredients in it contained gelatin and the employee notified me that all of their cakes/cupcakes contain gelatin (pork products). If you are vegetarian, steer clear of the HEB bakery. They should at least put up a sign someone saying that none of their cakes/cupcakes are vegetarian. I think they can easily find a fix for this and use a vegetarian substitute for gelatin. Update: I called another HEB bakery location (canyon ridge drive) and the bakery manager read through the ingredients and stated that their cakes/cupcakes don't contain gelatin (unless you add on certain cake fillings). I left a message for their corporate office and will update this review when I hear back.

I have shopped at this HEB for 22 years and have developed contacts that I consider friends but unfortunately will no longer be able to shop inside this store. Saturday, September 3, 2022, I was parked in front of the curbside doors when I was confronted by a HEB employee. The female was abusive in language and told me in no uncertain terms that HEB does not care if I shop at this location. She shoved her employee name tag in my face (actually in my face) to which I took inside the store to a manager to report. The manager that I spoke to I have known for years but he was not the store manager. When I was walking back to my car, the employee demanded her name tag back and I told her the name of the management I had given the name tag. The employee charged me and it took two other employees to hold her back as she was shouting. I called the store again and Javier, the manager called and left a message that he was looking into the situation. Today I received a call that the employee (or partner which is how HEB refers to employees) will still be seen working at the store. While Javier was polite and apologized for the "partner's" behavior, I no longer feel the location is a safe place to shop. If HEB considers this person as a "partner", then this is no longer a location that a 63 year old breast cancer patient is going to shop. I will miss the nice people who I have grown to know over the past 22 years, but safety in this crazy world must be considered.

I love this H‑E‑B! First of all this store has great customer service & very helpful employees which always makes my shopping experience better! But the reason I love this store is because of the "people w/ children parking". This is so helpful when I have my baby & need to park close to get her into the nice cart specifically designed for a car seat. This cart is a shopping game changer! I appreciate H‑E‑B still thinking of parents & making our shopping experience a little easier.

If I have to go grocery shopping for the staples, this is the place I go. They have everything I need and the brands that I want. There really isn't any hunting for deals that you have to do since all the deals are displayed with their very visible yellow coupons. My only complaint would be that their protein cookies used to be 3 for $5 and now they are about $1.80 a piece. They did have a deal where if you bought 2 you got one free but that was only after clipping the coupon. Oh, and I wish their bulk section was bigger (central market bigger). Maybe that's asking a bit much since central market is the upscale version of H‑E‑B. If you want to get a good cut of farm raised salmon, this is the place to go!

Our HEB staff are friendly, kind, helpful and professional. The store is clean, stocked and has a good variety of food and products. Thank y'all for being there for us. God bless you all. The bakery lady's are kind with my 92 year old father. He enjoys shopping there too. We are an HEB family

This about the pharmacy not the store. My dr sent a prescription in at 8:30am. I get here at 11:30 and I'm told it's a two hour wait to get a prescription filled. Whatever. I'm sitting here watching a young girl at the counter obviously totally pissed about something. She is flat out ignoring people and being very short with them. Older people and one lady who didn't speak English very well. Appalling to watch. Get these type of people out of your stores. No one wants to come wait on prescriptions. I normally use the automated system except the days I am at the dr and get a new prescription. This is ridiculous. If you can't be polite to the elderly and minorities you don't belong here.

Fresh veggies with lots of variety, good ready to eat food , quicker check out lines . Definitely recommend this location of HEB for all that your home needs on a daily basis.

Furious with HEB not requiring masks for shoppers AND the employees get right in your face without respecting social distancing. "social distancing even with a mask". 99% of the shoppers have masks on yet this one shopper looked like 'try asking me to wear a mask'. Jerk! I complained to a store manager. and the one employee standing next to this person' and the their response is we cannot force people to wear a mask. SHAME on YOU HEB!!! I just came from Costco and their was again another customer who pulled his mask below his chin as he rubbed his face and nose then touching the produce packages. i asked an employee about it and they went right over to this person and asked that they cover their nose and mouth. That is what should be done. HEB are you afraid you may lose that one selfish customer? I'm disgusted and will be shopping elsewhere going forward after years at HEB. PLUS the employee was indignant as I asked to please step away from me as they were less than a foot away.
