The store itself was clean, well-lit, and fully stocked. The staff were courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, they're limited by GameStop’s outdated systems. It’s frustrating that it takes up to two days just for a receipt to show up in the system. So if you buy a pre-owned product that turns out to be faulty like in my case you’re stuck. If you threw away my receipt they don't have any immediate resolution.
Now let’s talk about the quality of these pre-owned items. It’s clearly declined. I exchanged a defective console only to receive another one with the exact same issue this time the RT button on the controller doesn’t work. And instead of simply replacing the controller, I’m being asked to bring the entire console back again. This isn’t a store issue it’s a GameStop issue.
At this point, I’m leaning toward sticking with Best Buy or Amazon. Their refurbished products arrive in far better condition, and returns are quick and hassle-free. GameStop seriously needs to rethink its policies and tech infrastructure if it wants to stay competitive.

Pokemon's where it's at nowadays, and I come here for the fair and civilized style of collecting cards via waiting outside hours before they open with the other civilized folk who don't push or shove, granted some people may try to swindle you out of your rightfully owned 2 per sku (you can get 2 max of each item that's for release, 5 if it's booster packs) but all is fair in the game of life. It happens on Fridays or Saturdays and one or two workers seem to get slightly upset if too many people call the day before to check for amounts/what's dropping but that's usually with the super busy drops like prismatic. Terribly understandable, if I was called 50+ times in a sitting just to give the same information I'd probably unplug the line, but like couldn't you have streamlined it and say it faster/nicer rather than opting out to disclose the information entirely since you were just annoyed. The store as a whole is great and especially so for the manager, she sets up Saturday trade n play (some call it pokemon day) and it greatly benefits the community for the children who show up to these events to have fun and spend time with one another! All in all it's a great store! Will be waiting here again for the next drop (rip the UPC of prismatic)

The guy who opened up this morning lost the store 2 more customers. Luckily there are other GameStops around town. Heads up, if there is a sign on the door, don't try to confirm what it says.

Pretty ridiculous how they can close whenever they want during business hours to eat when 5 customers walked away looking to come in. I have never seen anything posted at any store in the history of going to gamestop that says they close to eat But here we are on a time schedule with a hand written note that they are closed at 520pm to 550. Someone said it's so they guy can eat really??!!! Lost 5 customers just now. Post real hours that shows when your national, regional break times are so your customer knows!!!

They just sat there reading books. Would not even ask if I needed anything. Looked at the 2 employees for 5 mins, then just walked out. Horrible customer service.

The staff was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me submit my cards for grading! They walked me through it step by step and made the process so easy. Will be going back to do more submissions!

The people working here give great service and they've been starting to carry a bit more retro stuff recently. I picked up a backwards compatible ps3 here for only $90 and everything works great!

The guy was nice very helpful and tried yo help let u know about sales even thou it wasn't for my sock but was all good. Helped my son with his new game console and headset thanks for all the help and being patient with all people in there ?

I came here to get a game that had just come out. Originally I had tried a Walmart but the employees refused to find it for me but I'm honestly glad they did because the customer service here was amazing. They hadn't been able to get it to the floor yet but rather than saying they did not have time they took the time to look it up in their inventory and go dig through the 50 boxes they had just received in the back to do find this game for me. It took a lot of their time they didn't have to give but they did and my spouse was absolutely thrilled as this game was for them. It's because of this interaction I will now be buying all of my games, we get quite a few, from this store from here on out. Just stellar customer service and can't recommend them enough!
