Staffs are always rude.I requested donations documents but staffs didn’t even answer.I took my son’s bike and staff said goodwill didnt take it. Then why goodwill website said it took bicycles for donations?

The cashier was disrespectful to me I have an injury I can barely walk!! After paying I grabbed my things and put the car near the cash register and he snapped his fingers at me and told me in a rude tone that I had to leave the car where it was.

One of the better Goodwill stores. Clean and orderly. Professional folks working there. Great place to stop in once a week.

The store is clean but their prices are outrageous. For example, I saw a tin container for $3.99. I had bought the exact same container at the Dollar Store for $1 a few years back. There were mugs priced a couple of dollars over what they're priced new in the store. IDK, I appreciate that Goodwill provides GED classes and such for the community, but it seems that people who shop at Gpodwill are also community members who can't afford store prices, and they need help as well. Maybe it's the trend of buying at Goodwill and flipping online for a profit that's caused prices to go up and Goodwill wants to get in on the game.

Pretty general Goodwill store. Nothing unusual or different about the experience. Pretty regular Goodwill experience*shrugs*

Goodwill has bad intentions and I don't know how else to say it. It lowers our expectations for the worth of our money. This is stuff they got completely for free and their only bills are building and employees. Not a single cent towards 90% of their merchandise yet we are encouraged to spend new prices under the umbrella of 'helping the community'.

Much bigger to the wells branch store. Can do better in terms of organizing the thrift items. The staffs are friendly and informative.

Check out girl was a bit curt & grumpy. Only had 2 dressing rooms open & it was pretty busy. Suggest they install a couple of full length mirrors around the dressing room area. Might help with the lines.

You can always find something you can't live without! A little too messy for me.

BEWARE OF DRESSING ROOMS. I came here and everything was okay. However whenever i went into one of the changing rooms i noticed a camera pointed at one of the dressing rooms. When i asked the workers they said that it was pointed away. I was shown no proof if it, but i would still be carful tho.

Not to bad but the prices on some stuff is ridiculous. They are pricing some items clearly used at a price you would pay for something new.

Everything is so overpriced here. Sometimes I can find some good jeans that they haven't marked up to $24.99, but I had to pass on the $12 moldy wicker baskets, and the $50 chipped mirrors. Pflugerville needs more good thrift stores!
