To the very ignorant cashier and shift lead (probably not even a manager. ) This review is to warn others, I know I’m not the first and I won’t be the last with this experience. Yesterday was far more ignorant and embarrassing for how stupid you look for accusing someone of stealing a jacket that I wore walking into the store. Then proceeded to accuse me of “putting” it on after I told them it doesn’t have a tag and that I wore it in . This is “Goodwill” nothing fancy and not a dang thing worthy of stealing ! Stop discriminating and stereotyping against Black individuals because of the value you feel for yourself.
You are truly lucky I did not do more yesterday for accusing me while shopping with my son and literally making me take off my jacket to show the level of ignorance you have for “making things up. “ Someone else won’t be as peaceful, and you will deserve everything that happens to you.
Happy Black History Month! 🖤✊🏾🖤✊🏾🖤

The store was neat and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Went shopping with my niece and sister. Found some really cool gadgets and nice clothing.

I find that the employees are kind, considerate, helpful. It makes a difference when you have good help. The store has plenty of goods for everyone and it’s priced well on most items.

Hit or miss. I’ve found some great pieces here but often I leave with nothing. It’s definitely a *clean* thrift store. Which for me, is not a bonus. I love a bit of mess and overstocked shelves. I don’t find that to be the case here. But it’s a great spot to take your friend who is new to thrifting!

I visited yesterday one of my favorite Goodwill stores at this location. I sensed many changes in the management and organization of the store. Now they categorized all clothing by xsmall, small, medium, large and xlarge and beyond. No longer size by number.
There are still great finds, however, unfortunately the prices have been raised out of proportion. For example a better homes and gardens 2.5 oz box of scented wax cubes 2.00.
Dresses $8.00 to $12.00 each.
There's got to be a rule or control over the prices this company tags all the donated clothing, and goods they sell, or, in my opinion, if this continues, they will go out of business wich would be very sad.

Went to this Goodwill tonight arriving at 7:30pm. I browsed around a bit but at 7:40 a woman employee started clapping and screaming hysterically that ‘the Goodwill is closing’, ‘LETS GO LETS GO!’, running around the store, up to people, clapping at them and telling them they had to hurry up and leave. I’ve never experienced this behavior before in my life, I couldn’t believe it. Another customer and I looked at each other stunned. I checked my phone for the time and asked her if they close at 8 and she said no 7:55 (but it was only 7:40?).
She was being extremely rude to every customer in the store. I’ve never been clapped at like that before. I won’t be back - extremely poor taste Goodwill, do better.

Worst experience ever. The manager or supervisor of this store was hurrying us to finishes our shopping because the store will be close soon. It was 7:45 and the store closed at 8:00 she was screaming directly to the people and telling them that the store is closed now. Wow I am not complaining about the time I am complaining about the way she was yelling. There is a microphone where si kindly can say that. I am not going to shop at this store anymore.

Do you guys love the DMV?You know, the place where people have a "not my job" attitude at their jobs? This goodwill is like that, only they sell used items at higher prices than buying them new.Walk around the store with your phone and check the prices - everything can be bought cheaper, and without the 3rd world service and cleanliness. But hey, at least you know the money is going to a good cause (paying people with disabilities below minimum wage).

This store used to be good, now I feel like everything is very expensive. The price as if it were something new. Why do you sell an empty jelly jar for $3.50? It's something crazy ?

Big fat NO. There is no "Goodwill" in site.
Plates $4 each
Cups $3.50 each
Mens button up $13
Used shoes $15
Woman's shirts $8
Save your money and support another company. Instantaneously annoyed at the sheer audacity of charging that much for used goods. Essentially 5-15% less than brand new, without the ability to return it. Go to Ross. Same price but new.

They only had one person checking people out so it took forever to get to the front. Then they decide to do a drawer change while they have 3 people still waiting in line. My ride was outside and about to leave so I asked if I could just give them some cash for the ONE toy my child had gotten. They all looked at me like I had grown a second head and none even responded.
So rude, we had to leave then, and now my son is disappointed that he didn’t get the toy.
Thanks for disappointing a 3 year old child.
